Every time I watch one of your videos I blown way by your creativity and not just how it is suggested to use but taking them to the next level and that inspires me each time I watch thank you I have so many new ideas when it comes to my setup
Earned my sub. Came here for a Govee review, and got an all inclusive bundle for the rest of the brands products. Well done. I will now be considering an entertainment room upgrade!
Thanks for swinging by bro. The white balance edition is huge! The immersion pushes heavy reds. Evidenced by the default balance which is set at roughly 80% before you even make any changes.
Okay now the showing off segment. That's epic 👌 I am going to do this for sure. Watched the black Friday sales prices and made notes. If I see those prices again I'm doing thja
@@MrTekSuggest Got a question! If I want to do this for my home do I need to get the RGBIC Pro LED Strips for the newest update for the best TV mirroring effect? The Canadian Govee Amazon store isn't providing me with solid information to know exactly what I need to get
Damnnn I think this is your best video yet, quality is sooo amazing!! Govee Hexa's look pretty with the light strip. Please keep making content I love your video's! Very informative and i love the hacks!
How do you feel about the immersion kit fitting on a 75 85 inches TV I do like the bars and the light strip combo is really a bang for your buck and even though the 75 and 85 in cable is not included I make it work just want to get your opinion on it
Hmm.... Tough... Because I haven't heard a lot of talk about a 75-85" combo kit. The bars are ridiculously good on the kit. Snappy and perfectly in line with the backlight. Which is why I actually prefer them for TV sync as opposed to the Aura/Star Pal pro on the media stand. I haven't gotten the larger immersion in hand yet, but I'm curious to see how it would perform (if at all) using the 65 kit box
Dude. The production value and quality of your content is incredible. Keep it up. You make better content than channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. I know you’ll get there no doubt.
Awesome video bro! I just built my first pc setup and have decided to go with Govee. So far I just have an RGBIC lightstrip but am ordering more this week. Thanks for such an in depth explanation! Subscribed.
Wow. First off incredible video. Second I just subscribed. And third, wow once again. You have the dream set up. I do have a question though, I was wondering, do you think it would be possible to have every set up like this but for a short throw projector? Would there be issues trying to sync everything with a projector rather than a TV in your opinion. I'm think of have a screen that's an inch away from the wall to be able to put led strips behind the screen. I'm just wondering if a projector would have the required connections for it all. Regardless though thank you for this incredible video.
Hey man glad that you enjoyed! One of the beauty of this system is that it does not require a direct HDMI pass-through signal from your TV. So you don’t have to worry about any direct input limitations with your projector set up. However I have yet to try the immersion system with a projector screen so I’m unsure of if performance issues could arise. You would need to position the camera in a way that it does not pick up the throw of the projector which could cause inaccuracies
Subscribed sir!!! Amazingly detailed video, I appreciate all the time and effort you put into every minute of this. Question for you, in the DIY feature of the app, is there a way to set a delay to respond to audio/music? I want to set up a DIY cloud ceiling, to create realistic lightning effects, so if I had multiple light strips with different response times, I could make it look like branching lightning! Thanks again for your info about these products, and I wish nothing but the best for you this 2022.
That sounds like a very fun project endeavor! I’m glad that you enjoyed. With regard to DIY music customizations, there isn’t currently a way to specify a delay before the light reacts to sound. However, there are several music modes, or patterns in which you can allocate with music for a specific device. For example, you could have one light strip functioning with a spectrum music affect, and another utilizing rolling. You could also play with the sound sensitivity. This could potentially create the off kilter affect that you’re aiming for. All the best and good luck! MT
Govee's Dreamview! is what it is called now! and they added ALL the stuff that you said that they didn't have, AND MORE!! Duuuuude! I’m subscribing. This is my first video I’ve seen of yours. I have a few govee products and love them. I was thinking about updating and getting my daughters gaming/digital art setup up with leds. I absolutely love how information and creative this video is. Well done. Is the shape texture walls all sound deadening products?
Hello! Love the video! I have a question I have the govee immersion kit H6199 I'm not able to use the sync center to connect it with my govee rgbic light strip can you pleaase help me out. It says the device of current version cannot be set as sync center.
Nice setup man. Govee is killing it. Better products and prices than Phillips imo. I'm just starting to mess with the Sync Center and I'm curious what settings you like most and use for your setup when it comes to Brightness and Saturation. Part or All. and Game or Movie? Keep up the good work. Nobody can touch the quality of your videos in this arena
Amazing video, I just joined the Goovee universe late July and got six plus products less than a month later. I ended getting two products that had cameras. The tv strips and two side bars. I think I got an idea now on how to get them working together. How where you able to do it?
This is amazing great job! I bought the flow pro and set them up today on my 49 inch ultrawide for sim racing purposes. I find it difficult to set up right on such a screen. Any tips?
Hi Guys, Do any of you know if my current ledstips h6117 rgbic strips are compatible with the highlights mode? If there are I'm definitely going to buy the immersion kit. (I already have 4 rgic strips and one lamp🔥)
I'm totally new to the govee line up but I've recently bought two sets of RCBIC Strip lights for my cabinets, I'd love a full tutorial of the Govee App, and another question of I may, can you sync together say the light strips with the govee flow bars to all show the same colours in one press or command. Thank you in advance for your help.
Also greatt review much appreciated!! If you can you should do a Versus with Philips Hue HDMI Sync Box vs Govee Cameras pleasee I wanna know which 1 is more accurate and better at emulating the colors precisely!! pleasee Also what is the bigger white box in front of the cameras??
Can u have these hexa lights change color if the doorbell rings or have it go off when it’s time to to wake up ect. Similar to other companies do with the smart home options ?
Where did you put your TV camera for the Immersion product? I couldn't see it anywhere in your setup but it's obviously somewhere as it's working a charm! Not keen on the idea of having it sticking out the top of my TV like Govee shows on their website
Hey MrTek...I absolutely love your channel and always check out your videos. I just got into home lighting and purchased about 8 Govee products within a few days and just ordered the hexa panel lights. I only bought one set but really think having two of them wrapped by a LED strip which I saw at 6:11 in your video was so dope creative. I am setting up a new home recording studio so having the lights is going to be a game changer for inspiration. I have a question and I really feel stumped at the moment as to how all these products integrate. I have all 8 products synched up in my WiFi group in the app and can change all 8 products to a different color at the same time meaning they are all synched up, but I can't figure out how to make all 8 products change colors at the same time meaning they all go from a blue to a pink etc. There is no "movement". All the lights stay one color unless I manually change them on the app. Can I setup a scene in one device and than have all 7 react to that same scene? . I do not own a TV or play games on my computer so I did not purchase a TV emersion kit as the only thing I have on my screen is Ableton which is software to record music and doers not change colors. Do I need to buy a camera and have it pointed at a color changing light source like an ipad with cool visuals in order to get all the lights moving and synched up? Without the lights all synced up and changing colors in harmony I am only experiencing 50% of the magic. Thanks for any insight.🙏
Hey man! Sounds like a dope set up in the works. If you use a voice assistant like Alexa of Google, I recommend creating a trigger phase in the Alexa app routines, for example. You can set it up so that you can say Alexa it’s studio time for example and have all you light shift to a specific dynamic moving scene of your choice.
I was thinking about the Lytemi Neo sync box but this is something really special. I have Phillips Hue lights which I’m perfectly happy with but I refuse to pay for the extortionate sync box. Govee has retaken the lead for me.
Hey man thanks for stopping by. You’ll definitely get some dust here and there on the lens with bottom mount. I keep a microfiber cloth handy in my media stand drawer to give the lens a quick wipe once a week or so. Takes 2 seconds ;)
Amazing setup and very in depth video! Question: the Govee Imersion uses a camera to detect whats on the screen but I don't see it mounted on your tv is this a new version or something?
I’m able to control the brightness of the rgbww light bulbs when they are in highlight mode. I think it’s a glitch. I only noticed because only one of my lights were dim and not syncing the same way until I adjusted brightness on an individual level
Proof you’re really in the weeds man! I thought that this bug may have been isolated to my RGBWW bulb because this isn’t possible with literally no other product. But good to know!
Call the police - somebody keeps sticking their hands in my pockets and taking my money.... Oh wait - it's Govee. Never mind. I'm definitely grabbing some Hexa panels when they resurface on Amazon. Another great review!👍🏾
I didn't buy the govee immersion because I have a 100 inch projector screen. So are you saying I can use any of their light strips in place of the one that comes with the camera? Is so this would be good to know before I install the lytemi neo sync box
You won’t be able to hook a standard light strip directly to the control box. However a possibility is to use a pair of light bars to sync a separately sold light strip that you place around your screen using the highlight feature.
Can someone please tell me what the metal arching lamp is to right side that is metal arching and has holes in the metal lamp shade. It matches table lamps I have perfectly and can’t figure out where to get this one.
The demo was insane. Immersion overload.
Idk if immersion is the right word. Perhaps stimulation?
