T1+ is one of the most interesting and overlooked racing classes in the world right now. Really glad it's getting manufacturer interest with Dacia, Ford and Land Rover coming next year as well.
They got the best drivers, if they are reliable, they'll win! What I don't like is the design, it looks nothing like a Dacia! The Toyota looks like a Toyota, but the Dacia...
This must be by far the most unqualified comment ever. In fact, the car looks like a shitbox - so absolutely like every other Dacia. The designers nailed it. And the best drivers are typically defined by how many victories they have to their name - after last time counting: none. Excellent assessment.
@@flizndfor oh wow, you know Nasser drives for Dacia, right Mr. Qualified? Loeb is kinda 9x WRC champion, has 28 stage wins and very unlucky not to win. Peterhansel retired, so from the top top drivers it's only Sainz who is not in a Dacia! Hence, Dacia has the best driver line-up.
'Dakar' without actual Dakar, actual Africa is fake :( Arabia is better then South-American fake Dakars, but it's still not Africa. Part of the 'Paris-Dacar' fleur is the race in real wild Africa, with indigenious villages, animals, nature. I really hope this race will return to Africa someday.
There should be a way for the competitors to be secured as they go through those African countries. I think the only way to redo the route is entering the Africa Eco Race and another race that I forgot the name is with "Real Dakar" on its name.
Mein Freund fragte mich, was ich mir zu meinem Geburtstag wünsche. Ich sagte: "Überrasche mich." Er kam in einem riesigen Geschenkkarton mit nichts als einer Schleife dran. Gut gespielt🍒
At least from a looks standpoint its the glow up of the century.
Gentlemen! Great News! THE DACIA SANDERO IS COMING TO DAKAR!
Anyway, moving on...
What an incredible leap, after success in 24h of nurburgring, straight to dakar 😮
Good news Dacia is running Paris Dakar.
GREAT, anyways
That car looks badass
Dakar fans: I'm thrilled to see a a close battle for the win!
B Sport: Let's see how the rear dampers of the Dacia perform!

If they got to the bottom of all the tire punctures and suspension failures they have a chance.
Not blowing hot exhaust into the spare tyres should be a step in the right direction.
The prodrive brx hunter dacia

@@flizndfor Nasser won 5 times...
@@laurin8735his comment is quite ironic isn't it😂

Dacia it’s only the name…
It looks both cool and practical. Smaller means faster. I hope they get good results.
The wheelbase looks shorter than the hunter?
because of the bodywork
Le Shaggy Le Shaggy !!!!!
Thats for these videos, they really get me hyped for dakar 👏
The engine they should've used for their LMDh project, if you ask me.
Or Formula 1 project because #viryontrack
@@nowind37 except that they cannot use a 3 litres engine in F1.
GREAT NEWS!
I loved the look of the Hunter despite its unreliability. But god I hope Loeb finally can win it this time….
Thanks
I think they should make it a rule to look some what like a road car
I'm not sure if 3 top drivers are enough to stink against Ford and Toyota
It is a side-by-side on steroids
How is Renault /Dacia allowed to run a Nissan engine? Cool design but little to no resemblance to the sandero or duster.
Renault and Nissan each own 15% of the other as part of their alliance.
@lukeearthcrawler896 I thought they were done when Gohn was arrested... And with the new merger looming it might be messy.
did dakar lower minimum weight now that audi is gone?
How about toyota land cruiser?
Those are T2 competitors, basically something not purpose built for racing, and more of a highly modified production car.
they will still be chewed by toyota or minis plus the ford is a real contender
The car looks ugly so it probably win
