For years I struggled with outstanding debts, bills and my children's school fees. I am a nurse earning $6000 monthly. However I am starting travel nursing towards the end of summer. I was at a point where I wanted to give up. I came across every TH-cam channel about how to make and multiply your income through passive income. Fortunately, I had saved some money and decided to start an investment, Now I have bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that doesn’t believe in investing..

@@stephaniejose5565 investing requires higher knowledge. I invest across the top markets but not by myself tho. i follow the guidelines of Alexandra Diana Jose. you might have heard of her.. I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.

Really great video! I think there will certainly be more opportunities in the area of social adult day program (unfortunately), so I would go for it if you really want to. I wonder how you would research what your current city or state’s needs might be before jumping in to any of these businesses? I’ll check your other videos, but if you haven’t made one about that I’m interested!
I think for SADC it really depends on the state and payer source. I would first contact the department of health to ask if there is a need and where. I would ask who are the payers, then I would contact the payers provider relation to determine their need for centers to place their clients.

New York City is a tuff town ! For minorities to build a health agency is possible once the 12 city agencies licensing; then the law enforcement alphabets say yes. Worked for a health agency as admin to office manager it’s so many pain in the neck with the political support GAIN. Anywhere BUT east corridor boarder.
For home health yes right now its tuff but for the others not so much.

Yes, can the adult social day care operate primarily on weekends and evening? A respite type program? Can it be small scale like family day care is for children in a home/apartment? I live in New York.
They can operate on evenings and weekends, however you should have a facility that holds 50 people or so. You can maybe partner with someone who has a space that is underutilized in those hours and makes sense. I know of one day care running an operation out of a catering hall since on weekdays they don't have events. So try thinking of a business that has space but on evenings and weekends doesn't use that space...like a school...

Im thinking of opening an independent simulation lab, maybe offering skill checkoffs and tutoring to serve all the nursing schools in town. What do y'all think of that idea?
Could work I'd first try to find customers willing to enter into an agreement with you before building the lab. What state are you in?

So would you recommend to go for your MSN in nurse education or business in nursing for the education option you stated?
I don't know either of those curriculums so I can't really say. My first thought is that most Healthcare professionals have no business background and the basics will be needed. I feel nurse education would be good if you're looking to be employed by an institution. I think you'd be better off skipping the masters and taking a Entrepreneurship course.
