I have several of your items. I was introduced to your brand through Jeff at UGMONK. I look forward to stocking your product in my shop in Lowell, Massachusetts for the holidays.
Thats pretty cool... And as a knife collecto i can say it has the fidget and cool factors that help sell right now. I will also tell you this, if you want to immediately turn _real_ knife people away, tell us you used "stainless steel" without specifying the type or hardness or any further information. We will always assume the worst.
hey big thank you, we genuinely appreciate this feedback. it's 12C27, not the most premium but pretty reliable in our experience. it's in the product details, but it could for sure be featured a lot more clearly up front and in the interview footage. we're very focused on the engineering and mechanical elements with this particular knife, but seeing as it's a knife, inadvertently alienating real knife people is a mistake and we'll definitely take this into account going forward
i had a different brand of a tiny knife like this one, and it was great for my job. i had to breakdown cardboard boxes constantly, and i used a normal box knife but it was too bulky. turns out something this small is easier to lose. i do loved that knife though.
If you want to make toys, make toys. If you want to make knives, make knives. In a lot of places, knives that can be opened inertially, by simple wrist movement and gravity, are illegal to carry in the first place. But the real issue is, since when has it ever been a good idea to make something that's fun to play with, then add something sharp to it. "Fidget friendly" shouldn't be a selling-point for a potentially deadly tool, let alone the main selling-point.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment. We spent the last 2 years working with our factory to make sure this knife was safe to use. The folding mechanism adds some joy to what is already a durable and usable knife. We didn't design it to be used while camping or, of course, in any violent way. It's a knife for small tasks - opening boxes, cutting food, etc. We hope people who are looking for something intriguing and safe will discover the Sidewinder Mini is for them. You can check out our other knives for something with less moving parts and is more strictly functional.
Be me, buy gold abalone Craihill knife, keep phone, keys and change in left pocket to protect knife from scratches, use phone to open bottles.
Be like @dylanbyrne9591 - only 32 gold abalone remaining
Amazing !
No idea how this landed on my home page, but definitely sick!
We don't know either, but happy to have you here!

@@craighillcompany 12c27 is great, don't be shy! Good choice for a small, light use knife.... That steel takes an amazing edge.
@@ElonaldTrusk agreed, that's why we chose it!

Definitely. Box knives do the job well, but they aren't the best to look at and can be a lot to carry.
Cool

I designed a device you guys might be interested in, best way to get in contact?
This is a gimmicky knife for fancy boys.

Over priced gimmick. Low quality steel charged at premium prices. We are not mugs
128 bucks for the mini, made in china? Hahaha, no. 🥴
