Hell with keto, i was 328 lbs in November last year, i cut back on eating bread 95% of the time, cut sugar including sodas out, white rice and cut salt and eat plenty of salad’s and other veggies. I’m at 291lbs right now. I Drink water 95% of the time.
It was a chore for my big butt under this truck but I did it lol. Truck is running good otherwise hopefully it stays that way 😊. Hope you guys are doing well and staying safe!
