Bunker Hill somehow consistently gets the worst weather in Houston. It’s like a weird vortex.

The small reflecting pool by the entrance is going to run dry in Houston heat, or fill the living space with the arid smell of chlorine. Also the fireplace is so completely out of place. I like the windows at floor level, they will bring in diffused light and not so much heat, but then there are a lot of floor to roof windows in both East (West) and North (South) walls, bringing in enough heat to cook the indoors.
I feel the architect designed this for a more temperate, north western climate, but then it was built in Houston.

I don't like marble flooring in living areas. Marble floors are for bath rooms, commercial buildings, maybe some grand entries.

Au Di to be real flooding only happens on lower income areas because the areas with money build their property way above sea level
KND Clan that’s complete horseshit so many nice house flooded all over Houston. This house isn’t right by the bayou but very close to this house in memorial there is way bigger nicer house than this right on the bayou that I guarantee did flood. Just like nice houses and apartments all over Houston and in the heights especially. Right off white oak bayou. So don’t try and claim that shit only the lower income areas flood because that’s not true. Flooding hit absolutely everyone from poor to rich

No it wasnt this area doesnt get affected by floods. I drive through that neighborhood atleast 3-5 times a week to avoid cerrtain traffic.
