I love, love, love Marion! I feel like I'm seated in front of her, having this conversation while she's preparing everything. And her smile and laughter just light up everything!
Never disappointed with Marion's recipes, I made Thai meat balls (used combination of beef and pork), came out excellent, all of my family enjoyed. I might have tried Marion 20+ recipes as of now. Keep cooking and motivating us to try different dishes.
You are possibly the best food presenter

Hi Marion, Michael here. Long time since chatting but doesn’t mean I’ve not watched your program or made your dishes. Made your LAAB Tod for a company casual Friday feast to much acclaim - thanks very much, went down a treat, managed to find saw-tooth coriander & it was all delicious, the tanginess was tremendous, couldn’t make it too chilli-hot due to audience. Thank you Marion, love your work….!!
Just made these meatballs for dinner. So delicious! Ate them with rice and veggies wrapped in lettuce. So incredibly delicious! I LOVE the sauce too. So spicy, sour etc. thank you! Will be making this again and again!
Marion...why is it looking at you enjoy your food makes me more stunned than the food itself?
She totally cracked me up when she tasted the Laab dressing, her expression! I loved "it should be creating that sort of fire situation in your mouth."
Where have you been? This is the first chef I am motivated as her food satisfies my umami ❤️😂.
I watch many cooks showing their talents however Marion your the best.
I love Thai food, and was going to cook my usual Thai pork patties tonight, but having just watched this, I am now in the kitchen preparing these bad boys for later. Thank you for the recipe; they look delicious.

I love larb soooo much!!! Always get it at the Thai place but never thought to make it in a meatball form😁😁looks good Marion:) love literally everything you make :)
It's a relatively new dish. Not traditional by any means but it's quite popular now a day.
Made this without larb but added lemongrass and diced shrimp. Delicious!
Hi Marion, Jennifer here from South Africa, thank you so very much for the wonderful recipes, love them. Please can you make something with eggplant. Have you ever tried any South African dishes.
Love, love love your videos. Your presentation is a pleasure.
Instant happiness 😀Ooh I am so excited, adding it to my try list .
Great 👍
What are the ingredients amounts
Thank you. I just found the perfect solution for seasoning dumplings i.e. mixing the spices and liquids in a separate bowl so I can taste and adjust the seasoning, before adding it to the raw meat. 💡 Now I can play around with different flavour profiles. Context: I'm usually too lazy to first cook a small piece of my dumpling mix to check seasoning. 😂😂😂
I love, how you love, your food.
I love Marion!!!
I always wander whats the label of Marion's eye frame? Just love it😍
This is the definition of happiness
Wow looks amazing 😋
They were very tasty. I used round rice grains instead and couldn’t get spring onions here in the south of Spain, so I added a couple more shallots. I think the spring onions would have given them an extra kick but I was very happy with the results. Thank you for sharing Marion.
Wow😳 But I'm not scared!!! I'll just dial back jussssst a little! Lol I have to make this for my friend's daughter. She will be blown away!
I have made larb moo many times but I never thought of making it into meatballs, I'm going to try it in my air fryer thanks.
We hope you like this version, Kevin! -Team Marion’s Kitchen
I’ve made the salad and those meatballs and how you describe what your doing was making my mouth water

I read it as "lamb" and that's the only meat I don't like, but as always with your video's Marion I watched it then realised !!! LOOOOLZ -- Amazing, I'll make this at the weekend.
It’s yummy Marion. I like everything you cooked!
I made a french terragon foreward larb that was really tasty
Amazing work for you
Dear Marion,
thought to also use the meat-mix as filling for Dumplings. Would you recommend that or is it a no-go ?
Fave appertized dish.
Love this channel and the positive energy it has ☺️ probably going to get some hate from this comment but everyone has different tastes haha 😜 what could I substitute for fish sauce? Thanks for any advice
I’ve used soy sauce as a partial substitute in some recipes that call for an intense amount of fish sauce.
Omg sooo yum 😍😍😍
Marion, I love the stone mortar you have. Where can I get one? Also, can I use any rice, I don't know what to look for, or a brand at the market. Glutinous rice? Never saw one!
If you're eating alone, it's totally okay to double dip. Provided that you don't store the leftover sauce and serve it to someone else.
Hi marion, can put it in the fridge for a weeks?
Looks so damn good! All those herbs infused in it! YUMMMMMM
These look amazing!
So delisious!
Would jasmine rice work for this recipe? It looks delicious! Would love to try it.
