Sounds good.... the 302's are good engines, and you can tell that one was maintained, due to the inside of the valve cover being clean..... where the oil cap was. Looks to be a easy restoration project for someone..... you didn't show the interior though.
How the heck are you able to actually make a consistent and profitable business out of this? It's been my dream basically my whole life. When I was born in '80 my dad drove a '56 Ford truck and my mom drove a '57 Chevy coupe then few years later my dad also got a '70 Mach 1 so love for these cars are emblazoned into my psyche, especially the '70 Mach 1. I tried doing some restorations when I was younger, bought fixed up and flipped a '69 Camaro, '68 Mustang GT and a '72 AMX over the course of like 6 years. Was pretty much the first attempt at a business I ever did but I just couldn't sustain it because it became too difficult to consistently find low enough prices on cars worth saving where I live(Southern CA) and I was forced to find other ways to make a living. Please help me! lol you seem to be so good at sourcing deals on good cars! Especially '70 Fastbacks which makes me super jealous because I've been trying to find a deal on a decent one for like 20+ years while you're over here finding 'em left and right. Where are they all hiding brother!?? If you know of any in yards out my way please tell me! But I'll even go to Kansas to drag one back if I have to
I hate to be a killjoy but if you don't put some music while your time laughing you're going to lose an audience or not gain any vice grip garage uses music and so does junkyard digs check it out dude put some music in your time lapse
Here’s the problem, it’s an infinite loop. We had music in our time lapse, watch our other videos, read the comments, people whine about it. Can’t keep everyone happy. Same thing I told other people, if we’re going to lose people over music rather than content, then so be it
Hey have you watched junkyard Diggs bronco revival he was sucking the old gas from the tank and gummed up some intake valves and started bending pushrods luckily I haven’t done that but I never try to use the old gas I always have a nurse tank just a little heads up for future first starts love your video
I checked it out on eBay.... It has all the typical Mustang issues rust wise, but it is all easy repairable. The dash pad is a big expense. At least it's mostly complete, other than the rear bumper.
Sometimes not worth doing that if you don’t know if the engine is any good or not, best not to throw money at something till you know it’s ok or not 👍🏻
How many times must you hot that carburetor, eventually you'll brake it ,amd and take itveasy on starting fluid ,it washes the oil away in the cylinders
I had a chance to buy a '73 Mach-1 once in about in the same condition, but my dad said no. I was 15 at the time, I even sold my dirt bike to pay for it. In the end, I sold my dirt bike and no '73 Mach-1, so it was a lose-lose situation for me.
If you want sell something put a price on it that way people will know if they can be in the ballpark. What's up with the63 they weren't the only ones that had two price drive shafts, and you got a junkyard to go through.
I know you guys have a business to run but I was really hoping to hear you say " yuh know I think we're going to mess with this one and drive it a little before we sell it " rock on guys.

Running the old fuel is not good for it the old fuel can give it sticky valves
