How To Setup Powerbait To Catch Surf Perch - Oregon Surf Fishing

This is how I setup Powerbait to catch surf perch. I use a hi-lo rig with 3 hooks, and a 2 oz weight at the bottom of the rig. This video shows that you can use Powerbait in saltwater fishing.
