Now it's slowly coming back in young generations with southern rap/italian stereotype dress code. But as far as I know, none of my friends wear one, and im from a very cold place in Italy

When he was cold, he would throw on his ancient black leather jacket, over his white tank top. White Tank tops are very cool. I’m buying a pack today 😊

Helping keep excessive sweat and oil off your nice button ups and such will help them last longer. That's why you'll see historical under clothes being cotton, it protects your outer clothes which are usually more delicate and is easily cleaned.

Lies, they don’t make you cooler. Being closer tighter to your body makes you sweat more vs a white loose cotton under tee. I guess you can say cooler because you sweating and collecting on the fabric makes the air feel cooler around your skin. But the fabric can only collect so much sweat in humid conditions. I used to never wear them but then I started a job that was very hot, outdoors etc.. So I started wearing undershirts and I stay way cooler.

Helping keep excessive sweat and oil off your nice button ups and such will help them last longer. That's why you'll see historical under clothes being cotton, it protects your outer clothes which are usually more delicate and is easily cleaned.
