Today we bring out some of the Salt Creek Triple Curl 20ga 2-3/4" 7/8oz TSS 9s and put them to the test at 40 yards through the Stevens 301 20ga and a .615 skeet choke. We definitely saw some pretty nice results from this combo, so stick around and see how it performs!

Thanks for that, you know, being an old guy, still running a side-by-side, Salt Creek was unknown to me until I found your channel on U-Tube, so was Tungsten shot.
Tungsten is a game-changer, one of your videos showed that a .410 Bore, is now a viable choice for Turkey ...at 40 yards. That would have been crazy talk in my day, the 1960's.
The Salt Creek Crew are modern in engineering, but Old School in attitude. They make only that which is functional in the field, rather than what is fashionable at the Trap & Skeet club. Their products are so good, because the Salt Creek Crew, like their jobs. They don't dread going to work, and it's probably what they do when they're off-work too, and it shows.
20 Gauge for ducks at 40 yards, with #9 Birdshot ? These days, absolutely , with the right shells, built by the right maker, and of course, the right choke ( screw-in's these days ) , and relevant range distance... there's no bird which cannot be dinner, compliments of a 20 Gauge.
