I loved driving through this area after visiting Magic Mountain in the 1990's. A new home was 90k to 500k . We would look at models.

The HOA fees in Stevenson Ranch (proper) are $35 a month. Not exactly high.

@@RoadTripInsights is it a GTA mod? it looks similar to GTA, but the textures are different. The houses and trees look like the mod dev copied the same assets again and again lol

I don't understand how all those people can find jobs that provide enough money to pay for those homes. Now these homes are million-dollar houses even miles away from the coastline. That area gets really hot in the summer not like living along the coast where the weather is mild. Only 13 homes for sale in Stevenson ranch right now. Lack of homes for sale probably inflating the cost.

I know. I honestly am starting to believe that they all made deals with the devil haha. I see regular looking people from all walks of life all over the santa clarita valley who seem to afford that awesome town lifestyle and i dont get it. I worked rally hard in the military and have a BA degree and i had to move in 2015 after spending my whole life in the SCV. I dont get how a dude working at panda express can afford 3 grand a month for an apartment. I feel like santa clarita is the only place in the world i was happy and felt at home, but i was bullied out by the cost of everything. Now i pay 1,000 a month for a big beautiful house with property in a rural red state town; but it will never EVER feel like santa clarita. I dont get life.
