I was sure that the Atari Jaguar was a system that never made it to PAL regions because of how poorly it sold. I never saw it in Australia where I live and grown up at all because my only memories of Atari consoles was just the Atari 2600 and those controllers for the 7200 that looked more like NES controllers with a D pad and two orange buttons on a black background. It was around that time of the SNES that I asked my parents to get me a SNES console, instead they got me an Atari 2600 Junior because they said it was cheaper for them to afford one for me, while it was a good classic system it was not what I wanted so a few years later during the mid 90s they got me a Nintendo GameBoy once when they were released in those 5 colors as well as a see through model of the GameBoy that I was given. My parents were on a tight budget and now that I think of it, I have been living life with a tight budget too so I guess I learned from experience to save up to get what you want and live within your means.
