Hudson?!? The same people behind the - First 3 at least - Bloody Roar games?!?!? Frig!!!!
James is wrong about the orbs in Castlevania 1 & Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse. Those orbs completely restore your health before the next stage. Why break the orbs in Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest open with oak stakes?? I don't know
I actually played this game recently. I felt the urge to play an NES game I've never played before, and this one always interested me, because I like finding secrets in video games, so I downloaded it off of the 3DS eshop.
The biggest problem I had was how difficult the game was. The bosses in the game take more and more hits to take down the further you get. Their attack patterns are impossible to predict, so I had to use save states in order to win against the last two bosses.
The game is very cryptic and requires you to really think about where to go next. I never had to look at a walkthrough, but if I hadn't seen this episode, I would have gotten stuck at the same spot as AVGN. Figuring out you can push blocks is easily the most cryptic thing in the game.
Zeldafreak249 I would imagine this game is impossible without a guide. I can only imagine how the people in 1987 felt playing this game.
@@Mythical444 The only things I think is impossible without a guide is figuring out you can push certain blocks (which are off-color, so it's debatable whether or not you could figure it out on your own) and finding and defeating the final boss. However, I suppose you could say that if you have to use a guide for *any* part of a game, then you wouldn't be able to finish it.
I don't have the game so i'd probably have to play it on an Emulator.
@@Mythical444 Fuck, Yeah, Not like they could go on the computer and wiki that shit up, they would have to read a walk-through magazine. 🤔
@@zeldafreak249 I would have never figured that shit out, i mean, how the hell would you know that, without any in-game tips, it's the Castlevania tornado all over again, 😆
11:06 milon's shitty asshole!! 😂😁 The best part.
7:20 This always makes me laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Great video bud 👍👍 worth every minute of it
I actually *bought* this game. I can't tell you how much time I wasted playing this game. Oh, and no passwords or save slots. You have to beat this without turning off your system. Enjoy! But, realistically, I had fun with this game. It was hard, and brutal, but I enjoyed the challenges.
Hey Charlie, I don't know if it's in your wheelhouse but could you react to "Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!"?
You didn't really react much until the end. What's the point?
Why do people watch stupid reaction videos?
Why do people complain about something they don't like on a video on said thing?
@@mystery4561 Because why not?
@@infinitecanadian Congrats, you've just answered your own question.
@@zelg.5551 Watching reaction videos is a waste of time. Especially with this loser.
@@infinitecanadian Ok.
