Video is perfect as always. Banff is magnificent. I was lucky enough to visit a few times in the summer but this winter scenery is truly breathtaking. My granddaughter is there right now teaching snowboarding and sends me great pics also from Johnston Canyon and the slopes. She totally loves it. Great video thank you 😍

As for Baku, it has become even more beautiful. I hope you will come to us. Then I'm at your service. I love Banff-type places. The atmosphere is different here. It is a pity that the video does not convey smells
Really beautiful video. After watching your video from 8 months ago, I am now struggling to decide WHEN to visit. Winter or summer. They are completely different and both BEAUTIFUL. Aaah. Decisions decisions. What would you recommend for a first time visitor? In your opinion…both are nice I know, BUT what would you recommend for a first timer. I’ll be traveling from Atlanta. Thank you SO much for sharing this magic with us! 😭😭😍
Thank you. It is as hard to suggest as to make a decision when to come 🙂 . If you like hiking, mountain biking or just spend most of the time outside - July-August are the best, but also the busiest months. If you want to experience winter, Christmas or do any winter sports - December-February, but you will need good winter clothes. In between seasons - it's gonna be a bit cheaper. All the best, and let me know when you go - would be curious to hear your impression
Question- What month was this and since I'm from Hawaii. How difficult is it to walk around...do you need special shoes and stuff? Thanks so much for the beautiful video and to anyone else if they can answer about walking around in the snow.
This was December, it's easy walk in town - they clean it very well, but you definitely need good winter shoes - because it might be really cold. If you are planning to do winter hiking - you might need ice clips just to make sure you don't slip and fall
I'm English, I live England, UK. I once visited Banff, long time ago ( 1978 ) enjoyed the trip very much. Flight from Seattle, U.S.A. to Calgary, Bus from Calgary, to Banff, few days later got a bus to Jasper. Sorry for being boringly nostalgic. Anyway, Peace to all.
that is the best time to go see banff in the late oct or november. were prices are KINDA good. banfff costs to much now i will stay in calgary and drive the hour 15 to get there. Prices are extream so that locals dont visit!!!
It's possible, but might be challenging due to high rental prices. I will suggest to start looking into what is available in term of work and accommodation ahead of time. All the best
