    It is a magical place! We went there two different times to shop and eat. There is also a little mall with restaurants that are quicker. Parking at the train station is free and there is a short cut to be VERY close to downtown only a few blocks to the main shopping.

    I remember visiting Banff several years ago, and it was quite nice! I remember staying in Canmore, so I was only able to visit the town itself for only a quick visit. It's cool that they closed down Banff Avenue there for pedestrians to walk down. That wasn't a thing when I went, but I was there back in 2017 during October.

    I’m from Calgary. We don’t visit Banff anymore. Overpriced food, hotels and terrible service. Totally set up for foreign or eastern Canadian tourists. If you’re from Alberta?…not interested. A little unfair? Possibly, but it’s how we feel as a family.

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It’s now 2025. Why are you supporting the negative stigmas surrounding cannabis? It’s legal in Canada and most of the U.S., yet you completely ignored the giant dispensary sign in that little mall. That’s a shame, because cannabis is a LOT more popular than You may think!

    • @dub88acc

      Banff is becoming synonymous with those cities in which the state or province doesn't need to be mentioned. It wasn't being disrespectful but more of a praise to how well known Banff is now. Considering that there is only another town named Banff in Scotland, it should be fine.
