In this video Maureno traveled to Belgium, together with Jan, to visit an abandoned mysterious house on a hill, located in the mountain region of Belgium.

Here in Canada we call them bunk beds. I must say that I'm glad that you are exploring by yourself. I find a lot of the explorers that are exploring together posting the same videos gets a little old! But I definitely enjoy your videos keep up the great work ❤
Sometimes we do however explore together. But the places we visit are mostly unknown in the scene and not yet filmed by other urban explorers. We also find out about a lot by ourselves. So happy you can appreciate all our effort, we do it with all the love for people like you! :-)

Hi, in english the closet next to the television is called a sideboard, the tall closet further round the room is call a china cabinet.. It was used to store china ware and glasses.. The double staged bed is called a bunk bed.. I love you video's you really take time with the filming and treat everything so carefully.. Well done guys !

I like your videos a lot I miss Remon! I know he must be off to school so say hello for us!! Your intro is a little long, but it wont make me stop watching! SO sad about these homes! Maybe the stuffed bird was a pet and it died! What an amazing home it must have been!

We have been having a lot ot different comments on our old intro (the logo reveal), the majority of the people wanted a similar intro like the first intro back (that one was the same length as this one).

Sometimes you’re lucky to meet neighbours who eventually tell you the story, but sometimes you have bad luck running into the neighbours if they are angry at you trespassing the abandoned house. Almost a thousand likes I am your 999th like and you deserve the likes great mask and good sound quality man.
I hang flowers upside down to dry them out and preserve them. If you let them dry out, upright, the blooms and leaves droop and dry out looking dead and sad. Hanging them upside down to dry prevents the drooping. I have some hanging upside down right now.
Good job on protection , there bud. Yeah..the baby puzzle..at least it was not missing on the baby's face. Garfield was there looking for Lasagna..lol.. That crucifix was lovely. And I liked all the angles in the master bed room. Lovely light. Shame no one came back to get the car,...

Really liked the bureaus in some of the rooms. That one picture you wondered if it was the man of the house when he was young. I don’t think so; I think if it had been of him it would’ve been in black-and-white. Besides it looked like a girl.

The flowers are hung upside down to dry them out and they will last a very, very long time. As you've seen in other homes, old dried flowers.
Hi Maureno, I really loved the wonderful intro with the house on the hill. - You certainly were taking a very good decision to wear the
professional mask and the gloves, but your friend didn't seem to care about protecting himself at all, what was a bit strange to see.
Despite of the mask I could understand every word you were saying. it was very clear. - In this house it was somehow quite strange
to see on one hand rather messy spots in the rooms and on the other hand many new items, as if they liked to do a lot of shoppping.
And - of course why are so many personal items just left behind? - It really seems mysterious, what made the inhabitants leaving
their house with all their belongings left behind. - Very strange?! - However, thanks a lot for an excellent video, I enjoyed watching.

Hi Willy, as you say, exploring this house felt very mysterious to me. I always want to know the real story about the past owners, why they left and why the house was never looted. But sometimes it’s just extremely difficult to gather this information. Only if you run into the neighbours and they want to talk about it (sometimes they are angry because you trespassed their passed neighbours property and they did knew these people in person before they passed away - which is of course very logical). After this explore I stipulated Jan the essence of wearing protective gear in abandonments. He has also purchased a mask and gloves.

The man of the house was probably a pilot in the military. He might have been relocated, with new orders. Being married with children, he relocated his whole family. They only took what they can carry. The stuff there is replaceable...but WHY leave the photographs? Unless he HAD to be removed for his and his family safety. I hope they are find, happy and safe. Hey there! That certainly was a lot of stuff. I am imagining the girl grew up, had a child, and moved into her old room with her new baby. There was an even younger picture of her on the wall. 12:16 I loved the white lace curtains that were on several windows. 11:55 My guess is the Volkswagen is from around 1966.

Hi Guys, You should check all available information about previous owners. It gives some personal touch as well. Most likely in cases "frozen time" with belongings mean as the owner (-s) are dead in some accident or similar. Once we have found same kind building where all whole family - parents and two children died in car accident. It was really sad to see this suddenly ended life.
As if they vanished into thin air leaving all their worldly possessions behind. So sad, So Strange
Maureno..A lot of people collect old glasses,especially with figures etc.on it.Some of them were used..I am sure others are not..Those would be fun to have.😃

There must be a low crime rate in Belgium because all the houses you show there are not vandalized and have been abandoned for a long time. It makes me sad, but I’m happy to see you wearing a mask and gloves. It looks like this family had to quickly pack what little things they could possibly only one suitcase each and get out of the house in the middle of the night.

If you hang flowers upside down they dry better.must of been a special bunch of flowers maybe wedding anniversary or something

I was thinking abut all the fake flowers you find. I have allergies to most flowers, I love them so I have loads of artificial flowers all over my house, to remind me how a house looks like a home with flowers

Really enjoying your videos, you guys do a great job! I wonder if possibly one or both of the owners are in a nursing home. Or maybe one of them passed away and the other still lived there for a while, but didn't change anything, clean out closets, cook much, etc. and everything stayed pretty much as it was when the one spouse died, just because of depression. Maybe the children are in another country and haven't been able to get back to do anything with the house. So many possibilities, but we'll never know.
They could have all gone out one day and had a car crash
When I see all the clothes. Left like this what ever happened it must have been something over night .one day the place is full of people then by the looks no one ever came home !
You guys need to take a course about black mold for it travels in the air through out the house.

Oh! and on the little bird. MMM maybe they got it as a gift from someone. We have an owl. I would never shoot an owl..too beautiful. But I was in Denver..and passing by a garbage can I spotted this taxidermed owl..in the trash. Thought it was totally disprespectful of the animal. So I rescued it and it has been with us for 30 years. Maybe that is not right...but neither was throwing it in the garbage.

Why didn’t mention Sylvester? I don’t understand Belgium bathrooms and you don’t explain it well enough for some of us USA people who have never been out of my country... They probably found it dead and took it from scavenger so decided to do taxidermy. Almost like an apartment inside their home for income.

@@Explomo ... The brush is not that old, although I had mine for about 25 years or more. It belonged to my wife but now I am not sure if it was wife #1 or wife #2. :) :) :) There is a spring loaded button on it which flip the head 180 degrees each time you press it. Allows you to use the brush upwards/downwards or left-hand/right-hand. The red part has tiny bristles pointing in one direction so it can collect any hairs or dust on clothes. If you stroke it in the opposite direction all the hair comes off very easily.

Something strange must have happened. You know where the child's bedroom was, the picture on the wall 12:14 It was exact the same photo of the girl in the drawer on the below floor. So, what happened? That girl ( on the wall) got pregnant when she was twenty?..( that's why all the baby stuff is in the room). She was probably living with her parents. But serious, if you move, with a kid, then you take all the stuff with you, don't you?. Especially the photo's ?

That TV is from the 90's not that old and the portrait photos looked late 70's early 80's also not that old, you boys are just young!
