Depends on your unit I was squadron supply but TAD to ship supply underway spent some time TAD to ships security in port. It's both for now. It depends what type of work the sailor does or what the "command" or "leadership" dictates. Same as belts.

@@KhoaAmerica black steel toe are our issued boots, but in commands where it’s allowed tan boots are popular. Apparently they’re more comfy.
