it really shows that the designers really were allowed to do whatever they want. It didn't have to fit in at a $40 price bracket at Target. The price is whatever the margin says. I love that.
Just got my Tryder G7, General Franky, Daltanious, Zambot, GunBuster and Daitarn 3 (the repainted edition) and I'm totally in love with them. The SOC line is simply amazing. First I started with the Mazingers and Getters (and all related to those) but have been adding as many SOCs as I can find. I also managed to get me a SOC GoLion a couple months ago and that figure is spectacular. I have to thank you for your review videos because they allow me to check these figures out in detail before I make the decision to buy them. So once again, thank you bro! Next ones on my sight are Gaogaigar, God Sigma, Tetsujin 28 (the more modern version), Dangard Ace, Ideon and the still unreleased SOC Mazinkaiser... I can't wait for that last one. Looking forward to your video review of SOC Mazinkaiser when it comes out,
Hey bro love your collection, I have Daltanious, God Sigma, Tetsujin 28 & much more SOC....and if you want to buy Tetsujin 28 GX-44 (which I have)...right now is already so expensive for brand new unopen in box...around $700-800usd. My advise is, once the robot you like is just launched, please don't wait and just go buy it!! Once after you waited, the price will go up after that...just like me....I am so regret I didn't buy Golion GX-71, I was hesitating, but after I really wanted to buy when after that, those price all went up, and the supplies were so limited after that.

Phenomenal figure. Even if you don't know the show or the robot, the figure is just mind blowing how heavy, well made and all around awesome it is. Also it's on sale at HLJ until Nov 16 as part of their Autumn clearance sale. $122 USD. It is an amazing figure at that price. It has an old school simplicity mixed with the solid heft, feel and transformability of Gunbuster or Voltes V. An often overlooked must have for your collection.

If you are good at masking you can repaint it. If i am not mistaken its a chromes piece right? You can remove the yellow layer carefully until its chrome (how? Dont know) and respray with clear yellow. Or spray with a really metallic silver and then clear yellow over it

I just picked it up used here in Japan for$50 no box but in great condition all the parts.
I like these SOC figures but hate when they don’t have waist articulation. Besides that, they’re awesome collectibles.
