- Walking tour of Hyatt Ziva all inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. I also give some comments about the different restaurants, pools and other amenities at this popular resort in Cancun.
* I don't know why I said "Zina" when I obviously meant "Ziva" at the start of the hotel. I'll just blame it on the coffee? LOL
Ive been to Hyatt Ziva for 2 years running and i will be going every year- my favorite resort for a holiday. Ive been to quite a few but nothing tops Hyatt Ziva ❤❤❤❤

How was the air port crowded? Is it true that you have to get there 3 hours earlier to check in on the way back to US?
Airport was not bad both ways. I’d say 2 hours in advance is ample. Not too crowded.
I recently stayed here at the turquoise tower swim up,
I was expecting more for the cost of stay!!!
Pros- phenomenal views, not too crowded.
The steakhouse , and kibachi are the best. Buffet is okay.
Habaneros was okay as well, ceviche wasn’t the greatest.
Cons- the beer selection is not great! Very limited! Big con.
Alcohol could be better for the price.
They also don’t serve it past 11 pm.
Overall I think prize is a little high, I kept paying for additional premium alcohols
I also bought better quality plates at the restaurants.
The convenience store is crazy expensive stay away from it, buy outside.
Also exchange of bunch of 1s to tip.

I want to stay at the turquoise level but the price is high. How was the room service?
@@marci8850 Yeah price is kinda high. Room service was good but depends on the butler that you get. 🤣
I was there for 3 nights and never saw our butler that comes with the room, hope that answers the question. Room service on restock is okay. Overall if u want a beautiful view and moneys no object I would say stay at the turquoise, the pool itself doesn’t get too much attention, there’s I believe around 8-12 rooms available for that section of the pool.
Is the micro-brewery stil running? And if so, are the beers included in a all-inclusive package?

Lao, if you can recall- was that longer pier (at the beginning of the video) restricted to guests? I saw you only walked on the shorter one
I recall it was open to guests.
It's the carribean sea, not the Atlantic ocean
How would you rate the food of the resort? Were there any closures due to COVID?
I think there was about 10 restaurants ranging from smaller ones to fine dining. My fave was the French restaurant. Line is long everyday there. Buffet was also good. I liked most of the restaurants. You have to pay for extras like coconut which was $10 each lol. That sucked. Overall the dining experience was 👍.
How much is the trip? Any recommendations on what to upgrade and what not?
I think this was around $3500. Definitely upgrade to the Turquoise room. You get an Infiniti pool and butler. Negotiate with them at hotel if you go that route.

I’m going to do my own video on Hyatt Ziva and show you how it’s done! It’s not called upselling it’s called VIP! We vacation in Cancun every year! We always stay at the turquoise tower VIP because it’s the best everything is top notch! And ALL of CANCUN SMELLS period. It smells like Sulfur. Hyatt Ziva VIP is slightly overpriced however it’s worth it!! I pay for it every year it’s top notch that’s where I want to stay it’s where I belong! Every year I go to Cancun and stay at Hyatt Ziva turquoise tower Cancun! And I will continue to do that for the rest of my life!
