Wow that's good. You can add ginger to it but am not sure about adding cloves. You can try it out if you want. I'll love to get your feedback if you do.
@@enecathrineejeh8066 You're welcome. It's best to use local rice that is the unprocessed rice. But if it's not available, you can use foriegn rice but will have to allow it to be very soft.
You didn't show us how you blended the soaked groundnut is it with the back or you washed like the procedure for washing beans.
I didn't show that part because I used commercial grinding machine but I grinded it with the back.

What is the tamarind how did you get it
Tamarind is also known as tsamiya in Hausa. It's mostly bought where ginger and cloves are sold.
@@DeesMealz thanks for your response. I can make it without the tsamiya because i dont know if i can find it is Diaspora
You're welcome. If it's not available, you can prepare it like that. It's added to give it a sour taste.
I think you can find it in diaspora. Just check the stores for tamarind. I'm around Asia and I've seen it alot.
You can use lemon extract instead

Please explain better so I can understand what you mean. What don't you understand and what didn't I show well?
