Just want to add that there is a Canadian🇨🇦 option to the US’s EQUIP brand. It is much cheaper than the price us Canadians 🇨🇦 have to pay for the EQUIP Brand, and which calculates out to 100$ CAD dollars for only 1.7 lbs even with the discount. The Cad option is $45 cad for 2.2lbs and it has no additives not even sweetener, plus offers free shipping to us as well. The brand is called canadianprotein. You can look it up since I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post the info link here.

They tasted awesome and the texture was chewee and soft inside. I really really enjoyed it so the batch I made today was 4x the recipe. I'm sure it won't last till next week. I wanted to pick your brain ,since you are so good at cooking and baking , if you have a remedy to avoid the spreading. I'm planning on using the same recipe with the peanut butter flavor and add some PB powder in it, since my husband is keto.. Thank you again for your amazing recipes.
If you are using the flavored protein powder, just leave out the sweetener and add enough PB powder to make the batter thick. THen it won't spread as much. It will still be sweet from the stevia in the protein powder.
Anita, I tried you chocolate fudgy cookies and like you I can not eat chocolate because of the caffeine. So I used carob powder and stevia sweetener and added pecans. The cookies were sweet, fudgy and wonderful, this a keeper recipe. No caffeine buzz,😊❤😋

They would probably be too sweet for me. I find anything sweetened now to be too much as I have been sweetener free for so long. Nice to know they are beef protein! I wonder if I did half vanilla powder with the stevia and half just protein powder and added a bit of vanilla? I tried to use your code on the link to the prime protein site link you provided and it wouldn't accept it.
Those sites can be so annoying! I did not add sweetener at all when using the vanilla. But all that said my life is so much simpler when I avoid sweet things and so it will be a long long time before I make these again!

I am the unfortunate owner of one full and one almost full bag of chocolate Equip, which is quite expensive. It spiked my blood sugar to almost 300. All of you should test your BS with this product.
@@shutterbug2061 yeah, it is. I was making an amazing chocolate ice cream with it, based on carnivore ingredients. Oh man was it good. Until one day I made whipped cream and added stevia to sweeten a little for on top of a carnivore unsweetened custard and wanted see how low my sugar was a couple hours later, and boy did I get a surprise. I thought Stevia wasn't supposed to affect BS. I had been using it for years and just trusted it. Bad idea. No, you aren't the only one.
If using the powdered, bagged stevia, read the ingredients. Maltodextrin is #1 and is just another form of sugar. The only true, 100% stevia I have seen is in liquid form.
Does anyone know if I can sub Keto Chow 1:1 for Equip? I have lots of one, and none of the other. I'd also need a sub for collagen, if anyone knows of one. Thanks in advance! These cookies look delish!!
Do you have any powdered gelatin? That could sub for the collagen. Also if you use KetoChow you can probably not worry about the collagen as there are some ingredients in KC that help with the bulking up. I did make these cookies with KC and they do work, be sure to use un salted butter and don't add any salt, KC can be a little salty.
No disrespect, but these cookies in the pic look just like moose poop!! I have lived with moose roaming my yard so I've seen a lot of it. LOL. SO glad I cannot stand chocolate but for people who do this is a good recipe. Thanjs for the chuckle. ❤😂
Not my thing, buy buy buy Need 2 get a protein powder recipe thats not all talk, confusing, a small batch, one serving, yikes please make for PSMF/carnivore, and not so much waste!, guess its for the big family community
That is probably correct because I consider low carb, keto, ketovore, carnivore ALL to be animal based ketogenic. Or Proper Human Diet as Dr. Berry calls it. It's a spectrum and I lean toward the meat since it's the least painful thing for me to eat.
Talk about a timely video!!! I have a bag of the chocolate Equip from when it was on sale last and since I put LMNT in my coffee, wasn’t really sure what to do with it. This is great!!! Just out of curiosity, why are they better after refrigerating? ❤🧈🥩

?? anybody from Australia?? wondering if we can buy a beef protein powder here....or is it the same as Collagen Powder ???
Beef protein powder is not the same as collagen powder. Maybe take a look on the Australian Amazon site?
Where did you source equip in Canada?
I didn't, I got them from the US, sorry!
Oh, I know that thumbs up 👍 ! 😂
I am the unfortunate owner of one full and one almost full bag of chocolate Equip, which is quite expensive. It spiked my blood sugar to almost 300. All of you should test your BS with this product.
Same here!! I thought it was just me 😢
Very disappointed because it tastes delicious!
Wow , what you figure is in it that did it?
@@becksbitofblue Stevia.
Could you use whey protein or a flavor of Keto Chow?
I think so, I have made similar cookies in the past with KC, they are linked in the video notes.
I’ve tried it with KC … they are kind of Salty and a little heavier due the the extra ingredients
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
🥰♥️🥰
Does anyone know if I can sub Keto Chow 1:1 for Equip? I have lots of one, and none of the other. I'd also need a sub for collagen, if anyone knows of one. Thanks in advance! These cookies look delish!!
Do you have any powdered gelatin? That could sub for the collagen. Also if you use KetoChow you can probably not worry about the collagen as there are some ingredients in KC that help with the bulking up. I did make these cookies with KC and they do work, be sure to use un salted butter and don't add any salt, KC can be a little salty.
Waffle recipe please?
No disrespect, but these cookies in the pic look just like moose poop!! I have lived with moose roaming my yard so I've seen a lot of it. LOL. SO glad I cannot stand chocolate but for people who do this is a good recipe. Thanjs for the chuckle. ❤😂
I will keep that in mind so I am not tempted to eat them! 😂
That’s prime protein is so expensive,
Try using what you have instead
Yup ty
$67 for 1.7 pounds really?
I don't set the price! Use what you have and can afford!
Not my thing, buy buy buy
Need 2 get a protein powder recipe thats not all talk, confusing, a small batch, one serving, yikes please make for PSMF/carnivore, and not so much waste!, guess its for the big family community
Use Maria Emmerich’s recipes - she has various serving sizes as options on the website.
90% of ur followers are keto
That is probably correct because I consider low carb, keto, ketovore, carnivore ALL to be animal based ketogenic. Or Proper Human Diet as Dr. Berry calls it. It's a spectrum and I lean toward the meat since it's the least painful thing for me to eat.
Talk about a timely video!!! I have a bag of the chocolate Equip from when it was on sale last and since I put LMNT in my coffee, wasn’t really sure what to do with it. This is great!!! Just out of curiosity, why are they better after refrigerating? ❤🧈🥩
It makes the texture a little fudgier somehow. It's certainly not a requirement, try with and without to see what you like!
Has anyone done the macros? Estimate is fine. 😊
