Hi Chris, just a quick comment for now. I’m in Japan and an Anytime Fitness membership is more than double the price here. Did you say $33 US there? Here in Japan it’s closer to about $80/month! Everything is way more expensive in Japan. Have a good workout, buddy. David.

BROOOO!! I'm a PH semi-vet at 30 years old. I'm grinding so I can retire at 35-40 and be doing just this! It would be so nice to have an athletic trainer to really assist in undoing the years of hardwork on the body
One thing I didn't like about the gyms in the Philippines is that the dumbbells are all in kilograms. With one kg equal to 2.2 lbs, the jump between a dumbbell that says "10" to one that says "20" is a lot larger than in the U.S. And the gyms don't always have smaller gradations. Just something to keep in mind.
When I moved to Peru in 2014 I lost 20 lbs in two months. Went from 197 to 177 Walking, exploring and food is different plus exercise. I felt quick as a cat again.
Gyms huge, i have one next to me in manila but its quite small (anytime fitness), very crowded and 4000 a month which seems too expensive for PH, but ive got a gym in my condo building thankfully.

It’s open
@@CarefreeChris nobody wants to be filmed while they’re changing clothes. Use your brain.
Look at the video again. It's open. No one is changing anything there silly rabbit. The doors around the locker area are the changing rooms, showers and restrooms.
@@CarefreeChris just stop filming in private areas and quit arguing. Nobody wants to see your camera in a changing room
