Really felt good to be able to get out and run a sensible distance again. Today we take a run down the Wales coast path in Flintshire from Mostyn by the Duke of Lancaster Ship to Flint with some fantastic views across the Dee Estuary to the Wirral including Hilbre Island, West Kirby, Parkgate and Neston.

Jeez, may I start with Happy New Year. But more importantly, how pleased am I to see you out running again. The last video I watched was you struggling to even walk to Frodsham Hill. Thank god you are on the recovery road. Take care Simon, keep it up.
Yes it really does feel good to be able to run again, it will take a while to regain my strength and endurance but I’m well on the road to recovery

Keep it up. I did enjoy this video as I do all your videos but this brought back memories as i know that coastline well as I lived in Holywell for a time.
