    Thank you - enjoying your sessions. Love how your saying do what you can with what you got. I have joint inflammation due to RA so this routines helps. At the moment sore wrists and swollen index finger but shall persevere God bless.

      Oh, then you *might* like the finger scraping and the finger squishing movement series. Maybe I'll include instead next time, or do a short short video on that specific series. Glad you are getting some relief! Gail
