would it not make more sense for a right handed gun to have the charging handle on the other side?
It's to prevent snagging but a left sided charging handle is available.
@@AVWUVU having it on the right side just adds more steps to the reloading process. Keeping it on the left like an HK sub machine gun lets you keep the muzzle on target when you charge the handle with your off hand
That depends on army doctrine and what they see fit. There are benefits to both so it's up to the user to decide.

內部結構不一樣，uzi也比mp5重但是後座力也是強的丫痞Mp5使用的是滾輪延遲反沖式槍機，能夠有效降低後座和槍口上揚。缺點就是結構較為複雜且單價高，後來ump45拋棄了這種模式
