We keep many videos up as previews of land we've had in the past for buyers to get an idea of what kind land that they may want in the future.... and sometimes land returns to us and having the videos ready for the listing saves a lot of time and work. I'm sure there a few more reasons that I am not thinking of as well but we always keep the actual listings up to date and visiting our website is the best way to check that out. Thanks!

@@InstantAcres Rural areas need to be protected from over development or their won't be any places to get away to. Lake Ozark shouldve stopped developing in the early 80s. The lake needs weight and noise ordinances for boats and cabins. Place is a damned mess now. And Its not going to get any better. The place used to be a respite from the crazy now it's become the place you're trying to get away from.
I really like it however i would put the house on the other side of the road as its just too possible for a drunken driver to run off of the road and end up crashing throw your house roof if the house is built on the lake side of the road.
Your videos are horribly long that pretty much consist of you driving to a property and showing only about 2 minutes of the actual property. Then your website is worse because there is very little information to view or read and everything is sold and has been for months. Why not take that cheap down? Oh I know, because then your website would be empty. At least you have a clear and present speaking voice even though you talk about nothing. Thanks for sharing anyway but wow, what a huge waste of time

I was speaking of the website being a ghost town of sold properties and the inconvenience I and other potential buyers deal with searching for available properties since I could only find 2 after scrolling through about 40 before giving up.
I believe what was meant by the comment in the video is that there are numerous places on the property upon which you could build, if you were to choose to do so.
