@@mamaandpapajoe Cury goat? Never had it. We've always done it live fire over pecan wood. But I say try it. Can't image that it would be anything but great, especially if someone with your skills cooks it.
Awesome video CJ and Alicia! Wow. I would love to try this for a summer bbq with some friends. Thank you so much for sharing this. My weber smoker is here and the snow is finally melting. I am ready to get some practice in because I have to show off some skills I am learning this summer when I entertain family and friends!
Dang CJ!...I know how good this going to taste I've had many pita sandwiches like this when I used to live in Egypt and Israel many years ago as a youngster. Thanks bringing something different to the table my brother. Y'all take care and have a great week. Cheers ✌️ 🍻.
I've never grilled or had goat before. Don't look baaaaaad at all. Lol. Seriously though, it looks pretty tasty. Thank you for sharing your video. Support from New Hampshire!
I applaud you sir..I would say though, at 45-120 I'd buy a metal cap with air ventilation to convect/smoke in your grill and douse the coals with water to finish off for like 2-3 hours, the end product will be SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER..trust
great cook, I love the way you mix bbq with different traditional recipes! my mind is trying to process all the flavor profiles! the sauce with lamb over coal, the marinade, and all the above. #flavortown
