    Good day justice buddy, Thank you for sharing knowledge with us.
    An employee should be given his/her Certificate of Employment, especially if he/she works in the government or private sector on a regular basis. Its is valuable since the certificate of employment can be used to file a claim for benefits. According to our law, the issuance of a certificate of employment is ministerial, which means that it is not based on the assumption that the person who should issue the certificate of employment, when an employee is looking for a job or working in the government or public sector, should be given or issued a certificate of employment, especially when it is used to claim benefits.

    The issuance of a certificate of employment is ministerial, and we should keep in mind that when we say ministerial, we are not implying that the person who should issue the certificate of employment is a ministerial person, because our law requires that an employee who earns a living or works in the public or private sector must be given a certificate of employment, especially if it will be used for benefits.

    The certificate of employment is right of all workers, when used to claim benefits, should be presented to an employee who seeks a job or work in government. According to the law, when I say ministerial don't imply that certificate of employment should be delivered to the person who should issues it.

    - Ayon kay Atty. Jeffrey Bajita, ang pag iissue ng Certificate of Employment ay ministerial it means hindi ito discretionary o hindi magbabase sa palagay sa taong mag iissue ng Certificate of Employment.
    Ayon sa ating saligang batas, kapag ang isang empleyado ay naghahanapbuhay o nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno o pribadong sektor dapat silang bigyan ng Certificate of Employment lalo na kapag ito ay gagamitin to claim a benefits.
    It is clerical in manner, whether they like it or not they have to like it They have no choice but to give it.

    What I have learned:

    A ministerial authority issues the certificate of employment, according to our laws. A certificate of employment should be supplied to everyone who works for the government or a private company, especially if they want to claim benefits. In ministerial certification, the opinion of the person who should issue the certificate of employment is not taken into account.

Ministerial is not discretionary or will not be based on the opinion of the person who should issue the certificate of employment because what the law says, when the employee actually works in a government or private sector, they should be given a certificate of employment especially when the use is for claiming benefits.

    - Certificant of employment is sterilized when you say sterilized is not dectional and is not based on the assumption of the person issuing the Certificate of employment because what our law says is because an employee actually works for a government or the private sector. there should be a Certificate of employment especially when to be used for claiming benefits.

    As it is said to our law the issuance of a certificate of employment is Ministerial, when it is said ministerial it means it is not based on the assumption that the person who should issue the certificate of employment, according to law when an employee is looking for a living or working in a government or in a public sector he/SHE should be given or issued a certificate of employment especially when it is use to claim benefits.

    - Ang pag iissue ng certificate of employment is Ministerial, pag sinabing ministerial hindi ito mag babase sa palagay nung taong dapt mag iisue nang certificate of employment, according to law kapag ang isang empleyado ay nag hahanap buhay o nag tatrabaho sa isang gobyerno dapat bigyan ng certificate lalo na kung gagamitin sa pag claim ng benefits.

    The issuance of the Certificate of Employment is your ministerial responsibility; when we say ministerial, we don't mean discretionary or based on the judgment of the person who should provide the certificate. When a person works for the government or in the public sector, he or she is required by law to be issued a certificate of employment, especially if the reason for requesting a certificate of employment is to claim benefits.
