Honestly, this might be one of the best videos that President Tom has produced so far. This is an excellent look at some of the work that goes into maintaining Train Mountain. There is some nice Narrow Gauge action, too. Please share this with your friends!
I love the idea of "how do you build a miniature railway out in the middle of nowhere" "well with a miniature fleet of railway working rolling stock". I may have just cancelled Disney plans and decide to go here for 2021 triennial!
The aluminum rails are almost always shine. The steel rail never gets like the full size, but there is a noticeable difference during high-traffic times.
Can I ask that I can see the video of the narrow gauge work week 2015 part one and I wondering have you find for part two or three in the latest video? Cheer Peter ;)
I wish this was closer to me in new york. ..we need this stuff around us ...in corning, elmira or Watkins glen....SOME WHERES....this is growing so fast but nobody is doing it in my area......😭
All that aluminum track laying out there waiting for someone to come along & pick it up & sell it for scrap. Thousands of dollars just laying there! If they leave it out there, it is not needed!

What happened to the '83 at 1:43? Did it have a derailment that led it to loosing its front truck?

Do the trains keep the tops of the rails shiny like the prototype, or is there not enough friction to prevent rust buildup?
