Have my cabinets coming in 2 weeks. This video and others are very helpful. Bought 2 large moving blankets from Harbor Freight to assemble them on. It is a small price to pay to protect a much larger investment.
You actually got instructions, my cabinets made in Texas did not include instructions or a site to go to and they are different from the utube directions in a couple of area's.
My CTG lazy Susan does not glide easily on the bottom. I have to push with all my might and it sounds like it’s scraping. Was it installed improperly or is that just how these are?
Hopefully start pushing forward *"whole kitchen solutions"* to customers soon let alone outdoor decking/kitchens as the market for the latter has already exploded with the near $4 billion paid for Weber Grills just a few weeks ago. First off why did they stop sticker labeling the dang pieces, I see in the video hers are labeled. Second off how are we supposed to interpret this from those crappy paper directions. Lastly, my front facing frame has a giant crack in the front but my cabinets need installed this week.
I was assembling my Lazy Susan today and the components the cam lock engages was never installed on the R side panel. This with other problems I have encountered with the cabinets, I purchased from them, makes me question if will ever by there products again.
This video would be more helpful if the camerman stood back to show the entire cabinet after each step. I have no interest in watching her screwdriver installing screws. The camera man should stand back farther from this and it would actually be helpful.
No significant problem with 20 other cabinets, but this lazy susan is the poorest example of cabinet making and design. Most pieces were poorly milled, and did not match up.
Hinges came pre installed in wrong side of panels. This video needs a redone. Slow down, obviously they all the come i the same manner you are demonstrating. Can't even tell what you snapping into. The second hinge doesn't even snap on mine, just has a screw. Gee!
I will never buy from Cabinets To Go again. If the panels are defective because of the CAM locks, they only offer to replace the CAM lock and not the entire panel. I never purchased CAM locks from this company so why not replace the entire panel? Way too much work and effort to get this right. Don’t waste your time with this poorly constructed crap!! Also, most of the panels are compressed wood which is so fragile while handling that it chops and cracks easily!
This is much better than the complete rubbish instructions included in the box.

Why does the right side of my lazy susan extend at the back? It doesn't let me snug it into the corner.
