Hi bro, will throttle body fail or damage. My 2017 FZ25 is in yamaha service centre for last 1 month. They couldn't find the problem (engine getting off on acceleration) for 1 month and now they asked to change the throttle body which cost 8500 they said. Is there any sensor failure or the whole throttle body needs to be replaced.
Man, if the service guys are not going to do this, why are they charging for every bit of work then. Now, I feel I should do my own service learning from such videos 😅

I dont know the history of your bike. Do this change air filter, engine oil, clean throttle body, injector, fuel filter, adjust idle, tappets. This should resolve. All videos are available.
What happens if throttle body isn't cleaned. I'm currently using MT15. Coverd 34,000km. I'm experiencing some sort of non smoothness at lower speeds. Non that much but there is some sort of non smoothness. Bike was very smooth and acceleration was liners but now don't know why. Is this the reason. What should i do. I cleaned the Fuel injector should i do this?

Lost it somewhere means? You know where it is located but you don't have it? You can buy it from service center. They may not have in stock, tell them to order.
One more question I took my bike to kedarnath without that screw and now after 500 km it is not starting by self start does this happened because of lot of dust and carbon got accumulated in throttel body ?
my FZ25 started getting rpm fluctuation where rpm wud go upto 5k-6k rpm without me accelerating. I was told by 2 different SC that its a throttle body issue and they will have to replace it. Fortunately its under warranty but it will take 10 days for them to order and get the part. 😔😔😔😔
Bro there is power missing while overtaking at 5000 rpm. Feels like the engine is going to shutdown for a few seconds and then the power comes back. Any idea why this happens?
You should open your own yamaha garage👌. People will be happy to get their yamaha bikes serviced from you, rather then dubious yamaha authorized service centers.

Petrol additive does help but not much it will not clean it all. Throttle body cleaner or injector cleaner is same. Go with the link

Bike starts with fuel, air, compression and spark. Any issue in any of this with cause starting issue.
