Sorry if you've already addressed this but I am new to the channel! How are you able to pump your legs to move the bike?

@@epaige37 but he gets nerve stimulations and the movement of fes, exercises his legs
My husband had one of those machines but way more basic back in the Mid 1990’s it was new technology at the time. Use a mirror to watch it is helpful to see your movements.

All y’all people saying how lucky Cole is to have Charisma are right, but she is also very luck to have him! Remember, they’re engaged. She’s not just his caregiver, they have a mutual adult relationship. Any girl would be lucky to have a guy like Cole just like any guy would be lucky to have a girl like Charisma.

I absolutely love how she make sure she acknowledges that he tries his best to help out as much as he can and I love how he acknowledges and appreciates that she does projects or whatever majority they need to do. Its just show how constantly they are reminded of one anothers love and appreciation. Great way of staying together and growing.

Hi there! For some reason I came across your YT page and its been lovely watching your videos. Funny story, I am studying medicine (or at least trying to during this lockdown period which is weird since we cant see patient) and today I started my Orthopaedics Block and I was doing a lecture on spinal injuries and it was so crazy because as the lecturer was explaining complete vs incomplete which I am not going to lie confused me a bit. Then he kinda explained what it means and how certain areas are preserved and he kinda described Cole's injuries and it was crazy cause it made sense. Anyway, I wanted to say thank you guys for sharing your story, I will continue to keep you in my prayers and may God bless your family!!!

Hello Friends!!! Good to see you!! your exercises are lit love your bike Cole. I am super busy on the frontlines working as a nurse, in march I was quarantined for 14 days so everyday is special now. I went to Target today then I made curried shrimp for dinner, did a vitamin regimen and now I am watching both of you. Stay Safe.
