For people who failed to understand what he is asking for from new graduates and others: 1. Treat AI like a perfect human. If you have 4-5 different AI models - that is equivalent to: you have 4-5 humans that are willing to work under you. Given that, you have a team of 4-5 people (who are extremely smart) and you can use this team to set-up your very own business (or start up), as you already have the best team. 2. Learn to use AI properly. There will be two kinds of engineers in the future: "the one who can use AI well" & "the one who can't use AI well". And, the ones who are using AI well will be highly productive - that is, a single person would be able to perform the job of 10 different people. Saving the organisation's cost and time. End note: AI won't take away your job. But, the one who can control and use AI well, definitely will.

Software Engineers should listen to actual software engineers on TH-cam and researchers to know that there's no doom's day ahead and AI is not coding Uber from scratch anytime soon. Just go and use these models and you'll know how it's not much of a deal.
SO MUCH GOOD STUFF HERE - but 55:45 MENTIONS a concept that I remember as super-compression algos that were actually fraudulent but sounded not implausible until debunked. I guess somebody was raising IP money on the sly.
