    This is so incredibly honest and mature. And thank you for modeling (& discussing) the whole process, and the coexisting love and pain.

    This is a tremendous dynamic exchange... but it also reveals the complex impacts of historical trauma, insecurity, ongoing co-dependency, and the role of the ego. Thank you.

    This is amazing and SO timely as I just had some heartfelt conversations with my children's father. It's been 2 years since we finally set ourselves free, and while it was a conscious uncoupling on my part, it had been jarring for him. We are finally at a place where we can have an honest conversation, and there was a lot reflected in your story that I was like "holy crap, that's so much like my experience with my ex." I hope he does listen to this/watch it later. I told him it would be healing given where we are taking our co-parenting relationship/friendship. I'm hooked. Officially loving this podcast and subscribed to your newsletter too. You rock!

    you know working with other people, who have trauma, being in their support, that's a lot of sadness, or putting out a video about your own sadness brings out viewer's sadness, and how to protect oneself from it and still be able to interact with people in your own life from your truth = the one that has been healed for a long time now.

    It is so healing for me to listen to you. It maybe sounds crazy but I feel like you have the healthy talks with each other I wish I could have with the last person I was with, but I know we will never talk again. So I feel like I still can somehow have this trough you. Thank you

    i totally resonated with what you shared Layla at abut 50minutes in about a longing to be met emotionally. Deeply. There is something about a man holding space and being a provider on many levels, however the deep emotional desire for connection is real. This is true for me in my own relationship. Thank you for your Podcast :)

    Thank you for this openhearted conversation. When I listen to you I feel quite a bit of pressure and constriction with all these concepts about men and woman and how one or the other should be like and how the other should be. I wonder why all these concepts, what do they serve for, why they seem to be needed for you?

    • @laylamartintv

    As co creators with 8 years of experience, and deep well wishing for each other, it seems a series of 8 more 8 year stints would be a good thing and get you pre-e-e-tty close to nirvana.

    I agree, tho Im not agreeable in that way, yours seems like a successful relationship.

    • @evawilldrive
      @evawilldrive 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      My from childhood wish was to be friends and then lovers stay together forever.
      Then I saw in astrology, that Pluto in Libra has that. So it is not neccessary for everyone.
      It seems safe, even for self-mastery. Discerning your material to be processed and transformed from the other's.

    • @evawilldrive
      @evawilldrive 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think I have also been successful in one night stands, unburduned with the other's past.

    • @evawilldrive
      @evawilldrive 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well a position of pluto in signs is just one aspect in one's astro-chart. ;p Astrology is not something I hold on to. Because of the uniquness of each situation.
      But I have learned a lot from psychological astrology, and spiritual astrology = growing from what has been given, leveling up, transforming the lower emotional energies into spiritual virtues and values.

    Man is a cold and warm hearted. If u use man in any way sharp and life honey. That ain’t working. Once it’s done we are done. I have the deepest wound. But I do love her but I know I can’t be with her.
