This could be a slugfest. Notre Dame is clearly the better team, but the game being in Kyle Field could pose a problem for the Irish. Notre Dame’s defense will shut down A&M tho. So the matchup to watch is Notre Dame’s offense against the Aggie defense. Notre Dame will win 27-10
ND wins by 14 ND defense is elite and the offense with Dembrock going to be much improved and A&M offensive line is pretty weak and ND now has some DUDES under Freeman

How is it ignorance? Elko was killing it at A&M 3 years ago. Elko turned a 3-9 Duke team to 9-4 Yr1....why do you have so much confidence in a QB that has to learn a new system, but not a coach rejoining an old system? You ND fans are wild
ND is top 3 Defense.. with 2 deep everywhere.. A&M O line wil struggle badly.. A&M D is talented but not deep & all new scheme,players, coaches..

Why is it so important to so many people that ND join a conference? Their schedules are usually very tough with a lot of the top teams from the other conferences anyway.

@@Set42 Why should a two-loss team be in over an undefeated team to begin with? The CG is only worth one game. Plus, the Committee takes those things into account. ND actually joined the ACC in the COVID year and lost their CG. They still went to the playoffs because they were undefeated in the regular season and beat the team that beat them in the CG.

So. Duke. Duke was getting less than #55 ranked recruiting classes yearly and nearly beat ND last year ... I wonder how the game will be with a more talented roster in Texas A&M AND TOMMY MOFFITT as the S&C Coach ... if you think Texas A&M is the underdog ... I guess I see this game a little differently.

@jaredslabaugh3181 you can laugh, but it's absolutely true....Elko is a players coach, do you really think he would want to go to a different coach if he thought he could follow him? Riley Leonard was a 3 star prospect that became a 4 star transfer. Connor was a 5 star prospect...he wasn't starting over him, and he'd probably be behind 4 star backup Marcel reed

95 of 165, 1102yards passing, 3 td 3 ints, 116rtg 4-3 record
Connor played in 4 games (really 3.25 games)
82 of 119, 979yards passing, 8tds 2 ints, 156.8 rtg 3-1record
