Maaan that walk! Remember the same damn thing for my 70,3... For about 3-4 days in a row actually 😅 But mentally i was drained for about a whole week. Never been so exhausted like that before.

Would I be right in saying that to do a full Ironman, you need be be at the level of ""Athlete"" fitness wise?? I've a full coming up next year, and that's the level of fitness I'm telling myself I have to be at- an "Athlete".
Definitely don’t have to be “elite athlete” status. Just need to train properly
