You should learn to do fight caves relatively quickly and it'll get you some seriously good xp if you can get your times down. otherwise, it's just the usual barrage/burst multi tasks. demonbane weapons for demon tasks if you want to get melee xp. make sure your blocklist is high weight, slow, long tasks.
