No Poo + Historical Hair Care Techniques for One Week

Well I started off trying not to use shampoo for one week but, was not able to make it because my scalp was too itchy. I did implement some wonderful historical hair care techniques that I learned about from the amazing Katherine at Katherine Sewing on TH-cam.
