The owner of this property went to jail and the bank ended up taking his home. It has been a few years since the grass has been cut and it has just about engulfed the home. It makes the neighborhood look horrible, so @therealalbladez and I spent 2 whole days in the rain to do one of the biggest reveals EVER on my channel.

They made over $4500 mowing that lot … I think anyone would do that if they were smart. These guys took something that pays $70 a yard and now get paid $4500 to do the same job
They got the job well done, any penny is well deserved. They have said that they might be an inspiration for others.

I see a little house like that sitting vacant and think of a little homeless family somewhere or a family that can't afford to buy a house that could be living there. Instead, it's sitting there in a bank portfolio.

And the overall value of the property is depreciating through lack of care. Not sure of Florida laws but that house from the exterior looks as though it could have been rented out which would had income to the portfolio
I am a 58 year old man and I was thinking, that would be the perfect size place for me ❤ I loved that place and it had a lot of character about it. You guys did a great job of cleaning and clearing up the property! 😮 another job well done.
The interior probably looks worse than the exterior, with Florida humidity and no A/C to dehumidify. The bank looked at how much it takes to rehab it compared to what they could get for selling it, and decided it was a loss.
The bank does not care about the property or the neighborhood. That's why I would definitely send the bank the bill for cleanup and let code enforcement deal with them. When fines grow and they put a lien on the property, the bank will do something about it.

As someone who has been cutting lawns for over 50 years I can appreciate all the hard work Sean and Al put in to clean up this property. This was a tough job and Sean and Al are to be commended for putting all their hard effort to restore this property.

Yes they SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DISASTEROUS GROUNDS. NOT be able to profit on loans & extra interest. They rob people of. If home owners aren't exempt? Neither should. Bank. City. Etc should be either.

Had that happen in Phoenix. We neighbors began mowing the grass and killing weeds. After the first year we hired a dumpster and cleaned out the crap in the front and both side yards. After five years he was released. The house was sold and the new neighbors are very nice. So for the good of all, pitch in and do what you need to do.
Wow, this yard was out of control! It was nice to see you working with Al. You two work well together. It was nice to see Al's connection from Main Street Mower came and helped plus bring a mower. I feel the same way!! I’m now allergic to grass & most of the pollen here in fla, along with photophobia & uv sensitive lupus, but grew up in a family of lawn care addicts (my dad taught me to use his rider mower at 9yrs old & my older brother had a lawn care company going starting in his teens). So this is so relaxing to me, it’s like therapy for missing my dad! Since I started watching these videos, I’ve been having dreams of my dad again & I’m pretty sure he approves of SB Mowing!! 😊

Thank you for very wonderful and hard work to help people. As single mom here I am in Big Island, Hawaii it is very expensive to maintain the property and that we can not afford to pay anyone to cut the grass and big tree.
