@@thesenate1844Yeah. Most of the information we got on them is- They're Nomadic, hyper religious. They see themselves as Gods with their superior technology, and that the universe is a sandbox to manipulate. They built a lot of their structures in Pyramid shapes. Yeah, can’t see why he didn’t cover Cartman yet. He has done so many awful things to so many people, some of which weren’t even deserving of the torture he put them through. It kind of makes me confused as to how and why I should feel bad for him after he “sacrifices” himself to save his friends. Like sorry, but no. In fact, I wouldn’t put it past Cartman to pretend to be homeless, because I highly doubt given his intellect and influence that he would end up in such a state. It’s just not in character for the guy.
I would love for you to dive into the evil characters of Star Wars, Legends continuity IMO is Superior than Disney Canon so I’d be super excited for this sub series of Analyzing Evil
I don't know how to explain the rollercoaster of emotion in the first two minutes of this show. I know you liked Star Wars as you have said it before and also your OT villains breakdowns so it's not like I wasn't expecting this or hoping for an expansion on the series. But now especially in the past year or so when someone says they like Star Wars I get this visceral reaction like "is this going to be followed by lore about something I love or are they gonna say the girl with baggy pants is ugly because you can't see her ass and this is why Star Wars has been ruined". It took less than two minutes to realize you just really wanted to talk about Star Wars. It's so fucking refreshing.

Out of all the weird and esoteric evil entities in Star Wars, this is not at all the one I thought you would cover. But I’m not complaining, this is awesome
The Mnggal-Mnggal is by far the most evil thing in the entirety of the Star Wars universe, even more so than Abeloth, I'd say. The Mnggal-Mnggal will literally kill a child in front of its parents and then reanimate the corpse simply for its own amusement. It spreads itself because it wants to, like the Flood from Halo, except not even the Flood spreads itself simply for its own desire. It is rot that feeds on pain and finds sadistic pleasure in bringing absolute suffering to the galaxy.
And that's crazy because even the Immortal Gods of the Sith (evil celestials) and the Architects (Tilotny, Cold Dande Sine & Splendid Ap) were cautious of Mnggal-Mnggal's malignant appetite and infecition. Bro's very existence had galaxy level beings nervous.
The problem is not that disney makes bad villains.. its that they make cool concepts for villains then ruin them. Kylo was a cool concept, a dark side aprentice still on the way up and learning his way to the top. He could have become one of the best villains by the end of the trilogy with proper development if Disney and Ryan johnson/JJ Abrams didnt turn him into star wars twillight fan fic. Snoke had potential too, a misterious and powerful master, clearly wounded by some unknown event in the past. He could have been so much more, he could have fought palpatine in the past and lost if they wanted to tie their stories together in some form, but nah, they did the most anticlimatic, boring and character destroying arct possible. Qimir is the only good thing from acolyte but he risk turning into yet another twillight fan fic story. Could they stop with this whole trope for fuck sake? Anyway theres potential there if they dont fuck up. Hell even General Hux had potential as a non force user villain then they dismantled his character in the last movie. My point stands, all of these as concepts are cool and had potential, disney just needs to learn to stick to their guns with their villains and have FOCUS on their stories.
You have entered in the Expanded Universe. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. I can’t wait for you to talk about Palpatine’s son, the three-eyed mutant, Trioculus!

I disagree, sort of. From what I remember, Mnggal-Mnggal found genuine amusement in the torture it inflicted on other sentient life forms, unlike Cthulhu who doesn't really care and sees humanity as insignificant
No it’s evil it likes to be mean and cruel
It's actions seem to indicate it goes out of its way to bring harm to other life. It's more comparable to Nyarlathotep, who is one of the few Gods in Lovecrafts works who Know of humanities existence and actively fucks with us
@@N_o196So it’s more like Nyarlathotep? Gotcha.
Nah, C'thulhu doesn't even look at humanity unless we're in it's field of view. They're Nyarlathotep, a creature that actually messes with humans
I love how Star Wars has some Eldritch beings hidden deep within its mythology.
I'm not sure if you're familiar with the novel "All Tomorrows" but the "Qu" really deserve an "Analyzing Evil" made about them.
Agreed
They are horrific, they are alien, I get the vibe from them yet I also feels they are gruesome in familiar way...I don't know man. What I know is that for the whole 40minutes Alt shiftX video I was rooting for their demisse
There is really sparse detail about the Qu in the story. I think it adds to the mystery and makes them even scarier
EXCELLENT WORK. THE VILE EYE 👁🗨 THE MOST EVIL 😈 CHARACTER IN STAR 🌟 WARS MNGGAL
@@thesenate1844Yeah. Most of the information we got on them is-
They're Nomadic, hyper religious. They see themselves as Gods with their superior technology, and that the universe is a sandbox to manipulate. They built a lot of their structures in Pyramid shapes. Then they left one day to find another Galaxy.
Beyond that, the last major mention of the Qu is when it's passingly said that the Asteromorphs eventually one day defeated the Qu with a combined effort from other Intergalactic aliens. It's glossed over because the "Author" didn't see it as important to the story.
The character's stories bleeding into each others is what I love the most about Legends. Especially the Older Republic era, where you have some of the most captivating, interesting, and well written villains in all of fiction.
Please, I want you to cover as many obscure Sith Lords as possible
We need Darth nihilus
@@Melkor8249hes not really obscure
The Mnggal Mnggal is kind of like a Dungeon Master and his party doing whatever they want, whenever they want for forgotten trophies. I say let’s turn its parent star into a black hole.
Also not going to lie. Feel like programming an AI with this personality.
I am so excited for this mini series to develop. Revan's canonical return to the light and his potential to have ruled the galaxy has to be my personal favorite story arc in the franchise. I look forward to watching your take on them!
If you ever decide to read Supernatural encounters, the unofficial silmarillion of Star Wars than you would realize the Mnggal-Mnggal is one of a family of Eldritch horrors.
He'd have enough content for at least 10+ videos on the various evil characters in SE. Darth Dreadwar would be a nice one. Same with that one dude that fell into the SW equivalent of WH40K's chaos, returned as a demon prince and reignited the belief in Hell on Corellia. The stories in that book are wild man; loved every moment of it.
A video on typhojem would be nice
SE is not official.
@@and8091 that may be true, but the deep well of new and expanded lore it contains is nothing to scoff at.
The only thing as scary as the mnggal-mnggal is the blackwing virus from Death Troopers.
Well they're the same thing, so...
@@Idea_of_Lustre I think blackwing was a very potent form of a sith virus that basically did the same thing as the mnggal-mnggal, so technically they are slightly different
@@Idea_of_Lustre Daniel Wallace, who created Mnggal-Mnggal and wrote numerous other Legends material, stated that the similarity was unintentional.
@@tonywu3554 The blackwing zombies only keep functioning with a continuous source of the virus though- so they're kind of nerfed in comparison.
@@DFloyd84”The concept for the entity stems from H. P. Lovecraft, and Daniel Wallace also states that the similarity between it and the infection in Death Troopers was unintentional. A last-minute addition included the line that tied Mnggal-Mnggal to Imperial Project Blackwing.” It was unintentional at first but there was a tie added later
I, for one, can't wait to see more Star Wars evil character vids. I love deep lore, especially pertaining to science fiction franchises. Keep 'em coming!
Huge Star Wars EU fan and would love to one day marathon a full playlist of your Star Wars Evil series!
i'm a big fan of SW, but thanks to this, I get to know a entity I didn't knew it existed. Thank you a lot.
If you begin a bi or monthly series of SW villains, wish you the best for this new future work for the channel.
Going through the chronological evolution of evil in Star Wars will be fascinating to observe, how different eras create vastly different types of villains and monsters. It will be enlightening
To quote Colonel Kurtz-“the horror, the horror!” that is the best way to describe this abomination

Amazing idea for monthly Star Wars content !
Star Wars is full of lore that needs to be explored and I hope that you d a video on the Yuuzhan Vong later down the line.
PS: That origin film that Disney is failing to do will never be canon no matter what Kathleen Kennedy or the director turn lackey known as James Mangold says.
Good for you
5:38 Bruh look at this dude...
I saw your comment down there right when he popped up😂
You're such a fun guy, thank you!
Take your time with these videos, and I look forward to seeing this series play out over the years.
I can’t believe analyzing evil Kreia might be happening but it could be the most interesting video yet
Some suggestrions:
Erik Cartman
Joe Goldberg
Franklin Saint
Kiyotaka Ayanokoji
Even more suggestions!!:
James st Patrick
Junko enoshima
And fang yuan
Yeah, can’t see why he didn’t cover Cartman yet.
He has done so many awful things to so many people, some of which weren’t even deserving of the torture he put them through.
It kind of makes me confused as to how and why I should feel bad for him after he “sacrifices” himself to save his friends.
Like sorry, but no.
In fact, I wouldn’t put it past Cartman to pretend to be homeless, because I highly doubt given his intellect and influence that he would end up in such a state.
It’s just not in character for the guy.
@@justaguyonyoutube4592I mean, the show is still going on so maybe that’s why he hasn’t been covered yet
It’ll be a long episode for sure
@@DamningTooth1
It can just be an analysis video explaining just how cruel and unhinged Cartman is.
@DamningTooth1 well he did euron greyjoy and the asoiaf books aren't done yet (though granted they will probably never be).
I would love to see Errol Childress from True Detective and the Coachman from Pinocchio
This is gonna be a great series. There are so many dark evil vile creatures in the Star Wars universe.😊
I would love for you to dive into the evil characters of Star Wars, Legends continuity IMO is Superior than Disney Canon so I’d be super excited for this sub series of Analyzing Evil
Love this idea Vile, I'll happily watch (and like!) any Star Wars EU content you put out.
It shares also many characteristics with Ungoliant from Lord of the Rings.
Same big sigh of relief
Same! Star Wars discussion on TH-cam has been absolutely ruined by culture war grifters for years now, it's cool to see genuine lore discussion again
@@N_o196 though I know very little about legends, it has always been fascinating to me. And I seriously agree, it seems like everywhere I go there's some super negative grifter being super bigoted and I was terrified vile eye would join them
Great job with covering a very obscure Star Wars character that feels like it would be at home in the SCP Foundation. Hoping the success of the video will spark more videos about obscure characters from some of my favourite franchises like Kill The Past or Shin Megami Tensei or Warhammer 40k just to name a few. Keep up the great work Vile.
So full credit, despite star wars being a well traveled, well learned franchise, you went through all the basics, and as a successful flex, i've never heard of this thing. Take a bow. In fact that's my only critic, this was such a strong foray into star wars i don't see how you can top it. Fingers crossed for war hammer 40k or old world.
An Analysing Evil: Darth Vitiate would be awesome!
I’ve barely picked up star wars recently and this type of highly quality content has been so fun to consume, hoping for more 🙏
Yes!!!
I was hopeful that you'd cover more of Star Wars, particularly Kreia who's my favourite Star Wars Character ever.
Bro just wanna say been a huge fan for a while now and man i love how the nerd in you made you keep tracing the evil back cause thats what my mind does to me and its awesome im here for it all thanks for the awesome content
Will never stop asking for a Video on Megatron bro, PLEASE!!!🙏🏻
Dude! I agree, this has to be done one day.
Yeah i would like that too
Which one?
@@bigcgaming9042 tbh, bayverse or idw would be my picks for now
That would be excellent
Love your effort to go from Sith to Sith in order 👏 NOW THATS HOW YOU GET SOMEONE INTERESTED
Out of all the weird and esoteric evil entities in Star Wars, this is not at all the one I thought you would cover. But I’m not complaining, this is awesome
Dude the most evil creature in a galaxy far far away is a mouse from Earth.
Disney IS Mnggal-Mnggal. It takes over existing characters and turns them into empty husks, shadows of their prior selves.
I'd love to see an analyzing evil on Arthas Menethil, the Lich King.
Aw he'll yeah, that'd rule
that video would be super long lmao
I love how gnallgnall is like a mix of strange matter and a zombie plague.
Bro's very existence had galaxy level beings nervous.
mnggal-mnggal as a kind of mengele. unbothered by the suffering-experience of other sentiences. it's like looking into a child's mind.
YES PLEASE! More Star Wars content! I love Star Wars, especially the Sith ❤
Life Day?
Having traumatic flashback to the Holiday Special :)
I've been watching the other Star Wars episodes repeatedly. This is a great idea for a series
Abaloth would be an amazing video
Ah, good ol’ Abeloth.
Enough to give any a good Star Wars fan the shivers.

So Mnggal-Mnggal is basically The Thing, that's scary af.

@@sunlessshadow9498Yeah definitely sounds like Gravemind, especially how he described its speech patterns.
Man i wish disney would've stuck with the expanded universe

Better than any villain Disney had made with Star Wars.
Disney is the true villain of Star Wars
If Disney had any say in this, this channel would just be called Analyzing Different Point of View.
Moff Gideon was pretty good, as were the imperials in Andor
@@brunohommerding3416Kylo was a good villain when it comes to his relationship with Rey. Outside of that, he is bad at his job.
So "The Thing" is from the "Star Wars" universe.
If you manage to successfully cover every single evil character you mentioned in the intro, my life will be complete!
This is a brilliant idea and, yes, legends, canon is poison.
You have entered in the Expanded Universe. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
I can’t wait for you to talk about Palpatine’s son, the three-eyed mutant, Trioculus!
did they really name a guy with three eyes trioculus
You mean Triclops. Trioculus was a different three-eyed mutant who a coalition of Imperial politicians led by Grand Moff Hissa tried to pass off as Palpatine's three eyed son because Triclops had been declared insane and thrown into an Imperial asylum.
Fulfill your destiny... please create your star wars series. I'd love monthly, but that may be asking a lot for anyone to do. Great job as always!
Day 35 of asking you to please make a video analyzing leo kasper/daniel lamb/the project from the game manhunt 2. Also, great video, my man, keep up the good work!
Don't before I get Jax Teller and Clay!

- Analyzing Evil: Thor "The Swede" Gundersen from Hell on Wheels
- Analyzing Evil: Frank from Once Upon a Time in the West
The Swede is such a good character and the actor who plays him is great. I'm sure he's a perfectly nice person but he did such a good job in Hell On Wheels whenever I see him in any other role I instantly hate him.
