Review of Beroy ladies cycling shorts

I'm a keen leisure cyclist, cycling about 30-50 miles daily on my hybrid touring bike.
Over the last 2-3 weeks, I've worn these shorts daily in a mix of weather ranging from very hot to decidedly chilly and in heavy rain too and have found them comfortable in all conditions encountered to date, but on the chilly day wore a pair of light trousers on top.
The shorts are made from 220g/m2 80% polyester and 20% spandex which ensures a good close fit with excellent stretch in all directions for comfort. The waist has a pink insert to the rear which also aids visibility along with a drawstring fastener to the inside. The 6"/15cm legs don't ride up and have a light layer of elastic along with silicone-rubber 'grips' although this isn't strictly needed. Essential for any regular cyclist, and the main reason for wearing cycling shorts, is the inclusion of the seat pad. This is contoured, consists of layers of foam and gel and is supremely comfortable and even on a 50 mile leisure touring ride, there was absolutely no need to shuffle on my saddle. Nor did it become sweaty or feel hot, sticky or uncomfortable even in very warm UK-summer weather.
I wash them by hand or machine after every 2-3 rides (I defy convention and wear knickers underneath them) and find the black fabric dries quickly when hung in a breeze but the pad takes longer so would probably need to dry naturally overnight in a mild temperature or light breeze.
The standard of manufacture is high with all seams strongly stitched and neatly finished throughout. The seams are also soft so there's no risk of rubbing or chaffing.
Sizewise, I am a UK size 12 with a 28"/71cm waist, 37"/94cm hips, thigh circumference 17.5"/45cm and the medium size fits me perfectly with plenty of give. Because they are so stretchy, they would easily fit a wearer 1-2" either side of my measurements with comfort but if undecided, it's usually better to buy size-up rather than down - there's nothing worse than tight constrictive clothing for any activity.
