Loving this series! The Bible is God's love letter to us. *He wanted us to know* that He regretted making us so that we could understand the depths of His love, grace, and mercy. He wanted us to see that He was willing to sacrifice all for humanity to restore us back to Him. "Greater love has no man than this..."
bro, bars after bars. My take aways: Be obedient, remain obedient despite how long the preparation is or how long ull “be on the boat” (be patience), remain obedient to THE Truth/Word of God, despite pushback or opinions from others (be faithful to His instruction/Word), in order to hear God clearly you must be intimate with The Word, don’t trust/rely on what you see in the physical. There so much corruption in the world, so Set yourself apart (be set apart) and seek His righteousness which can only be achieved through Jesus Christ… Amen 🙏🏾
Josh and Isi I personally wanna thank yall for allowing God to speak thru yall and unpack his word! It is truly a blessing! I LOVE EVERYONE OF YALLS BIBLICAL CASE STUDIES! .. PLEASE KEEP THIS SERIES!! .. ❤❤ YALL SOO MUCH!! Random fact: Isi is my bday twin! Sept 2nd baby!! ..
I’ve been trying to read my Bible more consistently and get through the whole book. This series has been so helpful and thought provoking. I hope you guys continue to do these case studies. Much love, be blessed yall! 💛
11:38 I think you can know something but still feel a way. Like when Jesus knew he would raise Lazarus from the dead but still cried from sorrow. 11:30
Hey if the video has to be longer in order to have time to read the word. I say time well spent. Thats why we're here. Read full chapters if you like 😂. 53:34
I’m so grateful to the Lord for introducing me to this channel many years ago and I’m happy that I stayed to this day to experience growth and change for you both and myself. In 2022, I started reading the Bible from start to end. I’ll always start with praying for the gifts of the Holy Spirit (wisdom, understanding and knowledge) to help me unpack the puzzle pieces in the Bible that may go over one’s head. Seeing you both doing the same brings joy to my heart. You’ve done a great job unpacking the chapters and the verses. I must truly say God kept me here. Praise Him🙏🏽💯.
I love the covenant behind the rainbow! 🌈 I also love this series you guys, please keep it coming. It’s so informative yet fun. I will be sat for every Bible case study 😄☺️
I honestly hardly comment on videos, but I have been loving you guys' transformation and blossoming into the fullness of who God has created you to be. Btw, the scripture Isi was looking for 👇🏽 Numbers 14:18 New International Version 18 ‘The Lord is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.’
I think it also shows that no matter how righteous we strive to be, we are not perfect. For me this was a reminder for why I need Jesus and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This was so good! Shout out to both of you and how God is using your marriage and lives ❤️
Wow I love seeing y'all transformation. I used to watch y'all old videos when I was in the world lol. It's amazing how God has worked in y'all's life and mine as well. I know that God will be faithful to finish the good work that He started in us!! 🙌🏽
1. Noah's faith set the example on how a man of God should lead his household. Adam messed up and that lead to him and Eve being kicked out of the garden but Noah submitted to God to the point where he wouldn't let anyone leave the boat until God said so. And for us to really follow the scripture when it says "walk by faith and not by sight." Noah had no weather forecast, God just said build a boat it's going to rain and flood and he was obedient. 2. You love your family but you don't like them all the time lol. There may have been times where they disagreed and got into petty arguments. Like I rememberer during the pandemic, I would literally be the one to go to the stores to buy what we needed, just to get out of the house. My family was driving me crazy. So I can't imagine being stuck on that boat for 1year +. I am loving these bible studies, Especially when I am fasting, I know this is only ep 3 but I have played these episodes on repeat and constantly gain something new. Ya'll are such a blessing. Thank you so much.
Keep these coming! Your guys’ insights are very eye opening, especially as someone who is new to learning about Christianity and the teachings of the Bible. Thank you guys for breaking it down in an engaging and comprehensive way! Love you guys. 🙏🏾🤍
12:30 this just came to mind but it could also be that God is omnipresent but still has real emotions about the situation with the “knowing”. Like Jesus weeped when Lazarus died but then the next thing He did was raise in from the dead.
When Josh said “life is in the blood” … this is a clear and obvious thing we know… but boy did this reeeeaally reach me. LIFE IS IN THE BLOOD. The blood of who.. the blood of Jesus. To know we share the same blood our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is… rattling my brain. & that we are washed clean by the purest blood to touch this earth.
Hey Josh and Isi! My hubby and I have been listening and enjoying this series greatly! We are thankful for you all’s obedience! 12:11 Hearing this I can’t help but think of Matthew 24 v. 36 where it speaks about how no one knows the day or the hour not even the Lord but only God. I think of the Holy Trinity how they’re all One and yet at the same time submitted to each other. I also think of John 1 v 1-4 where it mentions Jesus being the Word and how everything was created through him… So, it’s clear Jesus was a large part of creation. Could it be that the regret expressed during Noah’s time was from Jesus’ perspective? We know God knows every possibility I just wonder if this is a situation like Matthew 24v36 I wonder about this too and I don’t dwell on it long but it’s another question I hope to chat about in heaven! Much love guys!
Love the Bible study and deep dive. Consider this verse, “For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven.” Matthew 22:30 NKJV. This makes me think that these were son of God, (godly men on the earth) because if the angels don’t marry then they would not be having sex. I hope that makes sense. Just wanted to share.
I pray that God will empower you both to continue doing His work 🙏🏿. With regards to the question about whether God knows the choices we will make, I think that He knows everything, including the choices that we will make. When Hagar, Sarai's servant ran away, she was told the trajectory of her son's life. Also, when Rebekah asked God about Jacob and Esau, He told her that they will be rivals from the very beginning. These are a few examples of God revealing how things will be. This tells me that we have free will, but God also knows the choices that we will make. I'm curious about what other people think.
when you were talking about teachings being passed down and generational curses i immediately remembered seeing it somewhere as well. i was researching the 10 commandments a while back. thats where i think what you were thinking about is from. in exodus 20 5:6
I love your series. My little girls were glued to your Adam and Eve. Have you ever considered the fact that Adam lived almost 1000 years that he got to seem any of his grand and great grsn children. So in terms of generations the lineage of Seth passed down the laws of God and relationship. Also there were laws before Moses to all humanity called the Noahide Laws. You read them out during the new covenant section. I can't wait to watch your next bible study ❤
31:26 speaking of the size of the boat, if you all ever have the time, please visit the ark museum in kentucky! i went and it was BREATHTAKING to see how huge the ark is!
Regret - a feeling of sadness, repentance, or disappointment over something that has happened or been done. That’s the definition. Everyone thinks regret mean I didn’t know and I wished it never happened. God did know and was disappointed with how his creation turnout at the time.
I'm loving this b/c I'm really trying to understand the Lord as well. Are y'all using other books besides the Bible? The 2 of every creature.... did that include different races from other families b/c how did only Noah's family repopulate the earth?
i think what he meant by sorry that he. wanted us to choose differently and we disappointed him. he wants the best for us yet we choose most of the time doesnt match his perfect will for us.
Like that boat was really big. I’m not necessarily worried about privacy. My house is smaller than the boat. Also Noah could have made the boat with rooms and specific places for everything. Those cruise ships are large😂
Can we address how God made the convent about the flood. People still like to talk about the environmental issues like hurricanes, etc. How do you remodel this way of thinking?
Not trying to be any type of way but like no one saw Noah building this boat. People are so nosy in everyday life. If I saw someone building a large boat for over 120 years I would be like what’s that for?
You’re saying that now. In hindsight. But imagine the first crew of men building a rocket. Would you follow them out to space if they spoke about the end of Earth??
Hey if the video has to be longer in order to have time to read the word. I say time well spent. Thats why we're here. Read full chapters if you like 😂. 53:34
People like me need a break down visual of the Bible like this… please continue.. i love this series❤

12:30 this just came to mind but it could also be that God is omnipresent but still has real emotions about the situation with the “knowing”. Like Jesus weeped when Lazarus died but then the next thing He did was raise in from the dead.

Please do the book of Enoch next
I'm loving this b/c I'm really trying to understand the Lord as well. Are y'all using other books besides the Bible? The 2 of every creature.... did that include different races from other families b/c how did only Noah's family repopulate the earth?
Stream these for hours
Can you link the book of Enoch please?
Also Noah gather all these animals and pilling them into the boat. No one was like what are you doing?
i think what he meant by sorry that he. wanted us to choose differently and we disappointed him. he wants the best for us yet we choose most of the time doesnt match his perfect will for us.
Like that boat was really big. I’m not necessarily worried about privacy. My house is smaller than the boat. Also Noah could have made the boat with rooms and specific places for everything. Those cruise ships are large😂
When God realized human were imperfect I wonder if you would consider that a “mistake”?
Can we address how God made the convent about the flood. People still like to talk about the environmental issues like hurricanes, etc. How do you remodel this way of thinking?
10:53 mmmmmmmhm, I like that. I get that.

I have to disagree with you guys take on giants and nephilims. It’s not biblical ❤❤❤
Giants being nephilims that are mixed beings ***
I really enjoy these. Helps me study and learn. Keep it up 🫶🏾
Hey if the video has to be longer in order to have time to read the word. I say time well spent. Thats why we're here. Read full chapters if you like 😂. 53:34
