🫡 this was too good. I made the connection to Adam and Eve before the first baby mama drama. When Sarai told Abram to be with Hagar and have a child is similar to when Eve offered the apple to Adam after speaking with the serpent. Instead of Abram telling Sarai that God made a promise to him, he fell into the temptation just like how Adam didn’t correct Eve after God gave him instructions to be the head over Eve.
I enjoy these videos!! I hope the consistency stays and this channel blooms with success for many more years to come for these episodes of deciphering the Bible continues 🎉
I appreciate yall taking the time out to do these Bible studies. I can only imagine the time and energy put into it. I admire how God kept his promise the whole time despite their impatience and occasional dimensing of faith. Our Heavenly Father is so amazing and I thank Him for his grace and mercy that has brought us this far.
I love these videos because it helps me understand and stay engaged in the Bible readings… sometime it can be hard to catch a revelation by myself, so thank you guys ❤
I really love these y’all! Like I already loved both of y’all and watching y’all truly transform into these Christ centered people and now the case studies just give us another perspective on our faves!!
That's wild how Hagar was making fun of Sarah and got kicked out and then her son Ishmael makes fun of Isaac and then gets kicked out. Hagar should've warned her son to not do that because she knows from experience what is gonna end up happening
🫡 I didn’t even REALIZE the final finesse with Sarah’s death when I fist read it 🫠 just goes to show, these people of the Bible were nowhere near perfect but, GOD- & I love the lengthiness of these Bible studies! The details and the examples, the sudden realizations and the tangents 😄 so good
This was so good!! I loved hearing it explained verse by verse and hearing another perspective of this story. It’s like listening to an audio book of Genesis with some comedic timing. Loved it
i cant find the emoji because im on my laptop, but i enjoyed this a lot. I want to give my perspective more when i read it on my own but it just makes me hope that i find a future partner/spouse who actually loves me and won't use me the way abraham was. also shows that God promise is not according to your time its on His timing, like with Josh's godmother. this video also aligned with the sermon from my pastor today too with God's plan, but he was talking about how God's plan was always to have Jesus die on the cross for our sins, and I realized that was probably the case from reading on my own but also your biblical case study on cain and abel. it makes more sense why God/Jesus appreciated/respected Abel's sacrifice of the first born animal more than fruit of the ground because he was sacrificing His first born for humanity and our sins. anyways God bless yall as well
< can NOT find the Salite emoji SO SALUTE! Josh and Isi I wanna thank ya'll for doing these Biblical Study Videos for and with us!! GOD IS GOOD!! Thank yall for following yalls call to do these Bible Story breakdown videos, It really is helping me and I am sure many others understand The Bible more! God Bless ya'll! Love ya'll My brother and sister in Christ!
🫡 God's going to do just what he said he will do He's going to fulfill every promise to you don't give up on God cause He won't give up on you! He's able!🙏🏾❤🙏🏾
If yall didnt know Abrahams father was a Chaldean. They basically were pagan and practiced withcraft and when he was born basically had a hit out for him.
🫡 Sarah was a soldier fr😭 I need to read this story with my young adult group for sure! The Bible has unlimited gems, I love that you guys are doing this series🙌🏿🫶🏿
Intentionally leaving out details or telling half truths is still a lie. Although Sarai was his half sister, she was also his wife which he purposely did not mention. So, it was a lie of omission.
Perfect timing for me watching this video. I’m currently going through a waiting season for a couple of things and it’s been a couple years. But the two scriptures that come to mind are: Proverbs 3:5-6 and Galatians 6:9 🫡
🫡 🫡 🫡 First I want to say I love this “biblical case studies “, pls keep it going bc I will watch all. Second I have some questions 1. Don’t you have to baptize to be born again and go to heaven? 2. (This came up to my head when y’all were talking about looking back at your old videos) I feel like I regret some of the stuff I did when I was younger but as ppl say mistakes are there to learn from them, so I feel conflicted either to regret it or it had to happen so I would never do same mistake again!?
Great question! You have to be baptized to be born again, yes. But the baptism that saves is by faith and the Holy Spirit. Should we get baptized in water? My conclusion is yes, not necessarily because I believe dipping myself in water will save me, but because Jesus commanded his disciples to baptize new believers, so I wish to do what is proper in the sight of God. Furthermore it is an outward profession of our faith in Him. If you feel as tho your first baptism wasn’t one of full conscious awareness and you werent living for Christ, I would say re-dedicate your life to Him. That’s what I did. I am also eager to get baptized again tho because I want to do it as a fully aware adult. Also it’s important to remember baptism doesn’t mean you will be perfect. It just means you are placing your faith in Jesus Christ, truly believing he died for your sins, repentance from those sins, and choosing to follow him and his commands. Hope this helps. 🙏🏽
My thing is if you have a wife and God says you’re going to have a child, why would you think it’s going to be with someone who is not your wife. Just saying, God didn’t need to tell him he’s going to have a child with his wife because why would God tell you to go sleep with someone else in your marriage and get the pregnant. 😅🫡
I love these case studies! Thanks for taking the time to discuss these. May God continue to strengthen this endeavor🙏🏾

Sarah was really a rider. She really held it down through thick and think with Abraham. Definitely built different.

Abraham and Sarah are half siblings, so did he really lie about Sarah being his sister?
Intentionally leaving out details or telling half truths is still a lie. Although Sarai was his half sister, she was also his wife which he purposely did not mention. So, it was a lie of omission.
@@miaofthekingdomI didn't see it like that. That does make sense.
Intentionally Omitting info, is LYING! .. 😊
@@misty_fisher I see.
Been enjoying every case study 🫡. Continue to spread the word 🫶🏾

God did not allow Pharoah to touch Sarah. Read the rest of the story. You need the Holy Spirit to help you understand scriptures.
