    Check out fasting. It sucks, but if you can have the mindset, fasting is actualy a really good reset. I like to cold plundge a few times when I fast!

      I've been thinking about starting to do intermitate fasting, eating a 2 thousand calories meal and leave it at that, once a day and the other 23 hours just pure fasting.

      @scottnorthwolf4598 try it. Then wait a full week of regular eating, then do a 100 calorie meal and fast for the 23 hours, then wait another week, and just drink water for a day. Get to where you can do these for 3 days in a row. Once every 3-6 months, or just 1 day a month or every other month 1-3 days of only water fast, you'll thank me later

      You can do it on a day that you're just sleeping all day or a day where you're really active, it doesn't matter.
