Brilliant series. The depth of the channel is why I’ve stuck around so long. “Who knew” this TH-cam thingy would transport me all over the world with great friends I’ve never met. Well played Andy & Carol. 👍🏼 🌎 👍🏼
Well done TMF (and Mrs TMF!) - the four of you were all distinctly different characters, but you all got on so swimmingly!! The ladies enjoyed each others company too - to make it more repeatable! That made it so much more fun for you and for us!! Well done and thanks for the costs at the end, a real value journey.
Great series of vids Andy. Carole really adds to the watchability too. Loved the bit at the end, both the stills and the cost breakdown. Definitely up for more "The Missenden Flyers" vids. 👍😁🏍️
That tour looked great. Excellent idea for the costs breakdown at the end. Fantastic value for money right there, and you get to ride a motorbike ! that's a winning combo if ever I've seen one. Well done guys.
Thanks for taking us along, awesome video log! How you all managed to not keel over after living on all that rich hospitality food is equally impressive. Salut!
Brilliant series Andy! I enjoyed every minute of it. For sure, Belgium is a beautiful country. Well worth a tour its own right. Great to see Mrs. F. co-piloting. Roll on the next one.
What a refreshing tour to watch. Relaxing riding, taking your time enjoying the scenery and friends. Instead of people trying to prove themselves in terms of how fast or how good they are. Great stuff
Great feedback Alan, I tried to make them each around 20 minutes, which for me seems about the right length for a YT video of this type - glad you concur!
Thought I would leave a comment on the last episode as me and the wife have had you on our big Telly ! me and the wife loved every episode watched it as a box set, brilliant. The 4 of you make for great viewing and laughter. The mucky wind shield after the slaughter of many bugs and the added rain and dust would have driven me crazy,, but I think thats one reason I ride a naked bike love the open front end. The cost was spot on for a week of fun as well thank you for sharing the things that can show others that its not out of reach and might just give them the nudge to do the same.
Absolutely loved this tour TMF. Good to see you touring again - Thanks for showing us the 5 countries. All those bikes on tour - Must be Richie Vidas pack !!
Thanks Andy for a great tour watched from the start and loved every minute shows how different each country was like ..Great scenery too and the roads......
A lovely part of the wowed are returning to in September on our way north from further down. Much underrated and undersold. Ta for the reminder and rewetting the appetite. Happy travels 👍
Wonderful series, truly enjoyed it. Excellent footage, editing, narration, and commentary. And you are a lucky devil as you have a dream of a pillion companion. A wonderful touring team. Cheers.
Cheers, Mr and Mrs Flyer! Great series, really enjoyed watching this. I've only been to Luxembourg once, and that was mostly just in the capital itself. I've always wanted to go back and see more of the place, and this series has really made it a cert', especially with the price break down at the end of this last episode showing how reasonable the cost is for a week's tour. Awesome stuff!
Excellent series thoroughly enjoyed it, video and audio bang on plus as you ask I think the way you presented one after the other without interspersing other videos is bang on, nice one
Absolutely fantastic tour Andy. We'll worthwhile the wait. But can't believe you've sold the might mother ship. Looking forward to see what's next in the garage 😀 😄.
What a fantastic looking trip! I've had the privilege to see a lot of Europe, but haven't been to Belgium or Luxembourg yet. Now it's firmly on my must-see list!
Yes two countries that get little glory - the aim of this set of videos was to set that straight a little....both well worth a visit in their own right.
A really great tour Mr and Mrs Flyer. The costs breakdown was really useful as it will help people budget for their own tours. As always looking forward to your next tour, as I am sure you are! Thanks again for a brilliant review of your holiday.
Absolutely brilliant series as always! The next best thing to doing the tour oneself. Always looked forward to the next episode. Thanks heaps Andy and Carol, stay safe.
Hi Andy - thank you so much for this series. Fascinating especially as I have a mate in the Belgium Ardennes who’s always asking us over! The variety and quality of scenery, roads and most importantly eating and drinking establishments make it look a real treat. It’s just great having your channel back to touring after the depths of COVID - although more of the pandemic on the way at the moment! Anyway these tours definitely add to the content and interest of your GREAT channel. Thanks again. Yours aye, Alan
I’ve been to the Ardennes a number of times on tour and can throughly recommend it. We normally left Calais and took the Autoroute to St Quentin and then headed across country to get there. Fabulous roads with loads of cafes and hotels. Glad to had a good time.
Very enjoyable series. The little slide show of pics towards the end, of your nights out showed how much fun you was all having. I have toured abroad so I'm familiar with the costs but I like the way you both showed it at the end so anyone thinking of trying a tour for the first time will have a better idea. However I would say the costs can vary. But I think a lot of people will find it useful info. I'm looking forward to your next tour....
I've really enjoyed your 5 Countries in 5 Days series, it was informative, entertaining and was definitely one of the best touring vlogs I've seen for some time (only rivaled by your trip to Norway) the two things that struck me most in your travelvlog was the stunning scenery and the incredible empty roads , I found myself constantly checking the mirrors on your wing to see how many cars were behind you , 9 times out of 10 there was nothing behind you but empty road , brilliant.
Another great set showing what can be done on a motorcycle, loved it and gave me ideas for when I am ready to set off and my recent purchase, BMW K1200lt 2004. Just need to get used to it before i get my wife on it and away we go. These videos have helped me decide what I want to do and ideas where to go. Massive thanks and keep them coming. Ride safe both.
That was a good trip I have also had a good trip travelling from North Wales to Buckinghamshire around the Chalfonts and Missenden area lovely B roads down to Windsor.
Really enjoyed this series. It would also be great to be able to hear Mrs. Flyer’s chat on the comms, too. Maybe have a go using Bruce’s setup? Reminds me of our two-up Goldwing tours back in the very early 1980’s on a GL1000
Really enjoyed this series, new comer to biking taking my ‘bike bike’ test next month. Can’t wait to get out and explore. Had lots of info from your videos always informative, interesting and entertaining! Keep it up! 👍🏼
As I’ve said before Andy it’s (in my opinion what you do best) fantastic series and lovely to see Carol and friends enjoying the tour. Look forward to the next one. Stay Safe my friend
You made a good point about being able to see when pulling out from junctions...especially the more obtuse when looking over your shoulder. I've found with increasing age I cannot turn my neck sufficiently to observe any approaching traffic. I find I rely on the mirror more and more, swinging the handlebars to get a better view. Also I know exactly what you mean about cobbled streets. Where I live there was a particular crossroad that was cobbled....why this was I've no idea...they were terrible to ride over when dry and nerve wracking when wet.!!
Hi Andy great to watch, and you guessed it there's but, all the times you guy's are eating or refueling i wished you would have grabbed a paper towl or something to clean that screen we had to look out and endure ? note to self clean screen more often on the wing he he, ATB Wayne.............
Man that was such a nice tour, beautiful places and roads. So amazing! I really enjoy your sense of humor and the way you express yourself, so interesting and engaging. Ohh and the sound of that Gold wing absolutely brilliant. By the way I feel your pain with the cobble stones. Big thumbs up from me. Thank you

Superb collection of videos. Amost feel that I've been on a tour myself! Love all the little details you pickup on - those just pass me by when in the car, but stand out on the bike: architecture, flowers in meadows, smell of pine tress and so on. If I can't be out on the bike, touring through scenic far off places, or even scenic nearby places like Wales, being able to watch you do the same gets me excited about my upcoming trips - MX bikes in Spain and then Wales on my new-old machine ('04 Honda Blackbird which I'm enjoying very much and can highly recommend trying out - you may prefer one with bar-risers if arms/shoulders giving you jip). Good stuff..
Great trip kids! It was fun tagging along. Here over on this side of the pond I always try to scout for good Belgium beers, so I've always wanted to go there to personally taste one fresh out of the tap. Cheers! Nice job!
You got off quite unscathed as far as the weather was concerned - that's not my luck! I admire you for taking the tour on such a huge lump of metal Andy, I had an R1150RT which was too huge for me, I'm happy on a smaller bike now. Great vid, thanks!
The Goldwing is the perfect bike for two up touring as far as I'm concerned! But I do appreciate smaller bikes when I ride them. Thanks for watching Andrew!
