    I recently ordered the total gym titanium from TSC and anxiously awaiting its arrival. I have been watching your videos using the various total gym machines and looks like this will suit my needs well as I have knee issues which make traditional exercises difficult.     Hi Rosalie, thank you so much for this great workout! I just did it for the first time, so my arms feel like spaghetti as I type this, lol. I enjoyed all the different tricep exercises, especially using the dip bar. Very challenging workout, loved it!

    Thank you so much for targeting triceps and abs! I’ve been trying to isolate my workouts to different body parts so I can give other parts time to recover and this is perfect. I would totally welcome additional workouts that target other areas. Thank you Rosalie❣️

    Wish I could do this one, had carpal tunnel surgery, so I have to wait till April before putting any weight on my hand. But will put it in my favorites.

    Can’t wait to get mine, which is in transit! Can’t do the high impact classes I used to do and this looks to be something my bad hips can do!

    what the difference between doing dips with your belly down than laying on your back?

      Basically personal preference- whatever feels better or shortens rest period for exercise efficiency
