what the difference between doing dips with your belly down than laying on your back?
Basically personal preference- whatever feels better or shortens rest period for exercise efficiency
It’s hard to keep up in general and I’m not even talking. I don’t know how you keep your stamina and narrate the workout at the same time.
Practice and consistency- you’ll get there too!
