If anybody is confused - she is absolutely grateful for the HUGE tip. It’s not normal in Mexico nor is it very common for someone to accept such an amount - she wanted to immediately justify accepting the tip because you can tell she REALLY needed it.

Acá en Tamaulipas no se utiliza salsa Valentina, ni magi ! Se prepara con chile seco preparado del que pica 🤒 o del que no pica, con pipián en polvo , cacahuates salados, enchilados, o japonés, queso amarillo derretido, queso blanco, mantequilla, crema y limón y están deliciosos!

I like this idea! We have a ton of ramen here but it is not the cup ones, just plastic square packs. My mom lives on it lol and i always appreciate to learn of a new dish that can be made with Ramen noodles. The more cheese the better 😋!
Lol it reminds of "prison ramen cooking" and with mayo, and other ingredients it is very filling! Oh, if you get the Velveeta or packet squeeze cheese, cook ramen and drain out water (no need for spice packet) then add cheese then yummy mac and cheese!💕

Chop or break ramen to pieces then cook and add tiny cooked ramen pieces with cheese, sour cream, hot sauce (if you want), and any added stuff you wish on top of tortilla chips 😋
