I fell nothing but pure admiration for your dedication to the strength, the endurance, the aestethics and most importantly the knowledge you give to us everyday. I learn with you every single day to achieve the physique i want. Thank you deeply Master Will
Hey nice lift, why are deadlifting in weightlifting shoes? I've always been told to do deadlifts either barefoot or flats. Is there any benifit to doing dl in weightlifting shoes? Thanks😊
It's easier to engage quads if you are looking for real benefits. I'm a little stronger in weightlifting shoes as for my body structure it puts me into more comfortable position and I can get more of my legs at the start of movement.
@@lakshverma8663 you will engage posterior chain. Shoes will change a little balance of used musculature but will not be even close to eliminate engagement. I'm not tall. 5'8, fairly long arms, legs slightly longer than average.
I never believed in the Olympic lifts until watching this guy. I can tell my upper traps are getting bigger and how hard my delts are getting blasted. I think the snatch is underrated because how little weight we start out with, but it's such a stretched position it leads to growth. The snatch gives even more explosiveness than the clean and jerk, I'm glad I was convinced to learn a full snatch first and let the technique and skill carry over.
he probably used in the past, stopped and then continued training. people who have used still have the muscle memory of when they were really big, making it way easier to stay big once you go off gear. still doubtable if you can call that "natty" though
Will is starting to look like one big muscle

@rrrGeist are you tall and have long legs? Is it true that if I dl in weightlifting shoes I will not be able to engage my posterior chain?

Is deadlifting a dangerous exercise in the long term, or can any movement cause a disc herniation, with deadlifting being just one of them?
Proper load management and your good

Look at elite football athletes. We have good genes
How about we go down to 600 and straighten that back?
It's a myth that you're back has to be perfectly neutral on deadlifts. Lumbar flexion isn't inherently a bad thing.
You are insufferable.
Lol dang what a hater. Like this guy could learn something about deadlifting from you 😂
@Public-jm1cb I'm not hating. It's impressive. So is lifting 600 with good form.
@@RobertFrag-lj6yl have you ever attempted a 1RM? Anyone who lifts at or near their body's limits will have some form breakdown
