I am glad I listened to this podcast. I am having the exact problems described by a warped factory pump, dragging tcc when coming to a stop, temp issues and erratic line pressure. About to order a new pump thank you for this.

It’s just so crazy expensive to buy a 68 to even hold 550hp. So easy and cheap to build horse and take the risk. While the ford guys can delete tune with head studs and put a 250hp tune in and make cool videos kind of sux for us cummins guys

Having a clanking kinda rattling noise shop said it's the pump it did get a little low on fluid but only a quarter inch under full

Very good topic, for someone like me who has this transmission on a stock truck and knows nothing about transmissions. What shops are available in the southeast who can install his pumps and products so you never have to worry about the transmission ever again?

Do y'all have any shops in south texas near houston that are able to give recommendations on how to BULLETPROOF a 4th gen cummins 3500 dually. It has a 68RFE and i'm trying to get this workhorse to 1,000,000 miles i'm purchasing it at 38K trying to do what I need to do to protect my investment in a cost effective way. Some towing here and there, not really looking to add HP at all just trying to help it to run at cooler temps and etc.
